My absolute favourite place in Vancouver for authentic tasting coffee! The staff are super nice, atmosphere is relaxing, and they have a nice selection of pastries. A definite must visit when in Yaletown.
The coffees were fine, the food was close to inedible. The hollandaise sauce was as thick as custard and tasted like nothing, my benedict toast was untoasted and soggy with unseasoned soggy spinach on top. The breakfast potatoes were merely boiled and not at all broiled, everything tasted bad. Also pretty expensive. Don’t waste your money here.
Amazing management, ambience, food and servers. If you are new, try the smoked salmon pizza. It is amazing. We use them to cater our events in Vancouver since their prices and quality are wonderful.
Came for the hot chocolate festival 2023 and tried both flavors. The casanova (on the right) was delicious, but the ticket to amore (left) was a bit too experimental for my taste. The basil was overpowering the chocolate flavor. Overall, I still liked the experience of trying different flavors and would still come back for the food another time
Went in for a cappuccino . The coffee was good :hot, strong and aromatic. But it didn't have the pretty pattern I was expecting. There was no line up when I placed the order with tip payment. However the two servers were busy talking to their friend outside the counter and my coffee wasn't made until I went to ask for it after waiting for a while. The place is noisy, loud music and loud customers, which creates the atmosphere of a busy place, not bad if you don't mind.
Came here for Hot Chocolate Festival 2023Got both the white and dark chocolate offerings. My partner and I liked both but had to give it to their "Ticket to Amore" for its herbal notes from the basil to compliment the smooth and creamy hot chocolate. It wasn't overly sweet either which we preferred
Unfortunately a disappointing experience. the flatbread was good but served luke warm, even when it was offered to have it heated up. the service was dreadful. No greetings, the two emotionless ladies were occupied with their personal stories rather giving "service" No cutlery was provided and I had the impression that customers are just a bother.
I used to go here to pickup lunch everyday and the service was good. However I won't order from this place anymore since the pickup is so confusing and staff act impolite when you order pickup online.
Good coffee. Decent food. Counter service when I was there was fine, although a coffee was forgotten & I had to go back for it. The location by the harbour & Roundhouse Commu ity Centre is
The store is clean even though it's old. Their coffee tastes wonderful. Don't miss their lovely breakfast; I think it serves until 11:00 am—a small section of pastry stuff. Their customer service is above average. Outside tables are available which you can enjoy your order and weather together. The best Italian bakery. The coffee is excellentHighly recommend it.

After more than a 1 hour wait we finally got our brunch. The potatoes were hard as rock, undercooked. Meal was cold, forgotten items on each of 4 plates. No one even apologized, let alone to bring cooked potatoes. Very, very poor and not worth a penny.
Everything was good in this place, latte and benedette al salmone (it could be a little bit more warmer).
Cozy and beautiful place for having snacks and coffee with indoor & outdoor spaces, polite staffs.
London fog was delicious, as well as Italian style pizza and dessert!
Charged me for 2 of the same drink and never bothered to serve me after I ordered. We had to ask. Waiter was nice though.
