This is one of the few places in town where you can get a Freddo Espresso! It’s like a cafe frappe that you would get in Greece, but made with real espresso. The prices are super reasonable, and the spanokopita is perfection.

Absolutely fantastic spanakopita, the pastry is buttery and flakey, the inside creamy and tart at the same time. Service is also friendly. The place has a nice but unpretentious vibe.

Serano Greek Bakery at 3141 W Broadway is a gem that every pastry lover must visit.
The quality of their Greek pastries is absolutely amazing, and the friendly staff make every visit a delight. I always bring home a box with one of everything, unable to resist the wide array of delicious treats. This bakery is a must-stop and a must-try place on West Broadway.

Great spot with a south facing (sunshine) patio.
Very friendly staff and affordable, coffee is great AND they do not force mandatory tipping (which is annoyingly common everywhere we go these days, so this was refreshing, albeit confusing at the time)
I would advise bringing a few toonies or loonies to throw in the Jar after you've given them a try -
