I would give a 0 star for service if possible. The staff were not friendly at all except the guy at the front who welcome customers and do seating. Plus we had a terrible service from a server called “Stephanie”. She has the attitude toward customers and is not welcoming at all. And her service is not up to par. Would never visits again. Despite the horrible service, they still have the audacity to charge the customer with automatic gratuity fees which is 15%. You need to work on your service if you want the charge customers with automatic 15% gratuity.

By far the most GARBAGE place ive ate at in a while typing this on the toilet 30 minutes after eating there!! Disgusting quality the food there was nasty sushi half effort put into it black avocado in the rolls meat was presented in a bowl of the meat water looks and smelled like it had been in that bowl since last week. Not to mention me and my partner paid the bill just a table of 2 they tried to add a 20 percent gratutity tip😂😂😂 come on a tip is supposed to be earned not given will never be coming back to this eyesore place nasty and low quality

What a difference in just less than a decade! The service, the food, ant its portion and the quality have all been nose-diving! The prices are ridiculously up as well. It is a total disappintment that we have to say bye to this restaurant for goods, unless they ho back to what they usedto be!

First time here. Loved the layout. Food service was super fast. After we ordered we got our first set of food within 5 minutes.

Would highly recommend if you like all you can eat Korean BBQ and sushi.

Pretty bad experience at this place... I always want to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt - that they're doing their best, the staff are working their hardest, and one rough experience at a restaurant is not indicative of how things are there all the time.
But... the staff were apathetic when we arrived 1.5 hours before close. They told us they'd be closing 30 mins earlier than what was listed online. They had a pretty full staff that night, but everyone was inattentive and seemed miserable that anyone would come eat at the restaurant.
We weren't the only table, though! They made us wait for so long before seating us that I was sure the place was empty and that's why they were closing 30 mins early, but no, there were other patrons! Our servers kept forgetting what we wrote on our order paper, so food wasn't coming out. The meat colour was... not great... there were no sauces of seasonings offered to dip the meats after grilling.
The salmon sashimi tasted nice, but some of the other rolls were just disappointing. And the teriyaki vegetables (a relatively easy dish) was undercooked and so strange...
Worst of all, my husband became VIOLENTLY ill that night!!
This place was only slightly cheaper than other bbq spots, but it was NOT worth it... really disappointed that we wasted an evening there.
