Terrible Christmas Eve - wouldn’t let a queue of 5 people in for over an Hour due to ‘over capacity’ even though 10 people left…. I wouldn’t bother going if you think it might be ‘slightly busy’ that evening

We have been hearing about this pub for a while and really wanted to try a Guinness pint. Unfortunately it was one of the worst pints we have had in Vancouver. It was not poured properly so it tasted really bad after just 3 sips.
The service was great, servers are super nice and ambience was cozy. We did not try the food but the pint was so bad :(

It's a tiny little place with not a lot of seating , gets crowded very quickly. The service is average as only 1 waitress and 1 bartender. Not a huge choice for food. Overall experience was average. Too crowded for hearing your table chat. I would prefer another place next time. The waitress was very cheery though....which was good.

Was staying around the corner at the Best Western and stopped in here for a late supper one weeknight. One guy working behind the bar was busting his ass cause it was pretty busy. Great service and the burger was good. The fries and gravy were the best I've had in some time.
