I ordered chocolate peanut butter flavour and they served me some alcoholic flavour saying this is the chocolate peanut butter flavour.I highly suspect them and they served me wrong flavour saying its chocolate!

Don’t go here!I went tonight with my girlfriend, the lady behind the counter with dyed blonde hair ran her thumb around the entire inside of my gf’s drink cup. Not an accidental swipe, the whole rim.There are silver cylinders to the cashiers left which have different liquids in them (teas I assume). When making my gf’s drink, one of red/pink magnets fell off the cylinder straight into the drink. Blonde lady takes the magnet out, puts it back on the cylinder and continues making the drink.Looking over at the bathroom, the toilet has a literally ring around the brim of the bowl of stained brown liquid. I wasn’t in the bathroom and could see it. That doesn’t happened from one or two missed cleans.These are only what I saw sitting down in one spot. What else did I miss?Frankly I’m disappointed that I left a tip (before I witnessed any of this) and didn’t call the workers out. This is a situation being a Karen was needed and I failed.This place needs to be investigated for health code violations. Don’t go here!

The Thai tea and oreo slush bubble tea's were super icy with lots of chunks of ice that completely watered out the flavour of the tea. Quite disappointing, did not finish

Solid bubble tea with late closing hours. It’s conveniently on cambie so it’s worth checking out if you’re ever walking nearby. It’s very similar to Chatime or CoCo.

I’ve been coming here for five years. I love all the fruit teas. Today I was in there and asked if they had any way to make the milk teas non-dairy, and to my surprise, the cashier said all their milk teas are non-dairy. They use a non-dairy creamer. Wow. I was delighted.Half way through my tea I was getting suspicious, as it did not taste like coconut or soy. I read the label of a box of instant bubble tea mix on the counter and asked if the same non-dairy creamer was used in their tea, to which they said yes.The non-dairy creamer they use has WHEY POWDER and CASEINATE in it, and explicitly says it contains milk at the end of the ingredient list. But it is still advertised as non-dairy creamer on the box. When I asked why they had said it did not contain milk, they simply repeated back, “It’s non-dairy creamer.”So there you have it. A good lesson for anyone with food intolerances or allergies. Don’t trust anything or anyone until you read it yourself.

I like their fruit teas here, just right for the sweetness but don't go drinking everyday. lol. Sizes are fine too and I think those serving sizes are just enough. They have good customer service and they are quick too! Place is overall good: service and staff. Will definitely be back again.

I ordered an oolong milk tea with pearls. It was really watery, with not much tea flavor. That was the only thing I drank/ate a few hours ago, and suddenly, I'm having really bad stomachache and diarrhea. I'd hate to make such a serious accusation, but I am personally not going to order from here again.

Came last week and ordered taro ice blended. Really good customer service and patient. She recommended if I don't like pudding and can switch with any other topping. Will definitely come back again. Bbt tastes creamy and delicious

First time trying this place, I ordered the Hawaii fruit tea with Aiyu jelly, and it was delicious! It is fruity and not too sweet, even has pulps in it, definitely will come back:)

I usually order Lychee or Milk Tea and have been pretty happy about it since I aways return on my work breaks. I ordered Taro Milk for the first time and was disappointed. There was no flavour. Tasted like milk water. Too bad because Taro is such a popular flavor and is one of my go to when I order from any tea shop. The pearls are always cooked nicely though.

Ordered the Hawaiian fruit tea with Aiyu jelly. I was expecting the flavour to be similar to fruit punch, but it was simpler and more refreshing. The scent of grapefruit and green tea stood out more than other ingredients (lemon etc.), and I like how they put small pieces of fresh grapefruit in the tea. A little more jelly would make it even better.
