It was my First time at Sharks Club for Super Bowl and let me tell you, even with covid restrictions It was a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and entertaining . Amazing drinks, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. The hostess Veronica was exceptionally sweet and ensured our satisfaction .you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Me and the missus will most definitely be back!

My Dad and were at the Shark Club last night before heading to Rogers to watch the Canucks. It was very busy but we were so lucky to get an amazing server, Bao. She was unbelievably friendly, fast, and accurate. She made sure that we had everything we needed, and brought everything to us so quickly. The floor manager was also lovely but I didn’t get his name. He checked in on us and even inquired about my injured shoulder. Because of these 2, we will definitely be back. (Actually, the hostesses were great too-it’s a very challenging time to work in restaurants but you wouldn’t have known that based on the staff behaviour. They were all very good at their jobs and made us feel welcome.)

Came in on Friday before the hockey game. As expected it was super busy, but we had amazing service by Sonya! She was quick, attentive, and personable. It was some of the best service I’ve ever received in a restaurant. Also had a drink at the bar with Lee, who was fantastic as well! Highly recommend!

We waited for 25 mins to get in on game day. Not too bad considered covid and staff had to check vaccination passports.The food was Okay, nothing special but tasty. Our seats were not the best, it was like sitting on a park bench.

Came here after a Canucks game. There was a big lineup but it moved very fast as the place is huge and lots of seating. Great place to watch games as the screens are available from any table. Food was better then expected as well. The Shark Burger was awesome.

We go to Shark club 42 times a year before and after Vancouver Canucks games and have been for the last 6 years we have been season ticket holders. We also occasionally travel there for NFL playoffs. Ever since it has opened up after COVIDD the management team there is clueless as to what events fans want to watch on their TV’s. Yesterday was game 1 of the World Series so we went there before the Canucks game to watch the World Series game and asked the manager to put the game on the big screen TV’s. He was reluctant to do so and gave us huge attitude that he had to put the World Series game on? I don’t understand do these guys not know what a big deal the World Series is? While I would respect their decision if the local team was playing but this was 2 hours prior to pick drop. We then asked if he could put the audio on as they do for football and hockey games and he point blank told us that the World Series is bringing down the “ambiance” of the bar? I told him too look around as everybody at the bar was cheering at the home run. Before I could say anything else he walked away. I was pretty appalled by the customer service as he wouldn’t even finish talking to us. I would hope that the ownership group can educate these new managers on how big a deal it is to watch the grey cup, Super Bowl, Stanley cup playoffs and the World Series are. I mean have some sort of education to why the patrons of your establishment are coming in too watch. We will not be going there again and have now decided to make library square the watering hole of choice prior and after games. These guys are just feeding off of having a close location to the stadium. Horrible ambiance and horrible service. I shared my experience with my co workers, friends, family and even other companies we were on conference calls with and made it an example of horrible customer service.
