There are a few new things on this menu and they are fantastic. The berry and roasted nut salad is out of this world with a fresh combination of berries roasted nuts garden vegetables. It’s amazing.

Equally amazing is the Seared steelhead in a delicious bed of couscous and another really yummy stuff.

This restaurant was a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE 👌 I tried the Sablefish & hubby had the Ribeye Steak. The foods were PERFECT. Like little individual works of art. The drinks were also very impressive 🍹
We have been served by many bartenders in our day & I will tell you that Alvin was one of the best!!

Our server Aimee was attentive and very responsive to questions. She made the dining experience comfortable and enjoyable. The butter chicken and chicken wings are Halal fyi. Would recommend the soy garlic chicken wings with the garlic based prawn scampi. They provide appropriate sized appetizers and mains easily shared between two. They also have non alcoholic drinks as well so I opted for the watermelon spritz which is really refreshing on a hot day. Overall 5/5 experience 😌

The food is great, perfect F&C and Halibut. The bar and restaurant staff are fantastic. The atmosphere is ok, they have a good selection of drinks however I didn’t find the cocktails anything special. Good spot for an after work drink.

First off the dining area and decor is spotless and modern. The ambiance is incredibly invigorating. The service here exceeded my expectations and I’ve returned many times.

The food quality is very premium and has a high standard. I’ve never had the opportunity to ever experience brunch here yet, because of my schedule. But I would obviously love to someday.

The kids chicken fingers is the one selling at Costco, only 4xthe price. It’s very salty….

Really good for hotel restaurant. The bar has nice beers and drinks too. Great service on all fronts. Good to go if you just need a meal after long flight into town.

I ordered a 60oz steak medium rare today, but it was served more like medium well. A bit disappointing, as I was really looking forward to a juicy and tender cut.

Came here for Mother's Day Brunch. Selection is not plentiful, but everything was delicious. Ingredients were fresh. Live singer on the guitar singing classics. Great service. Highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food provided by this hotel restaurant. The atmosphere was comfortable, airy, and unpretentious. Although the prices were on the high side, it definitely was worth it. Each dish was well balanced and well presented. The attention to detail of each dish was much appreciated. Would definitely return to this wonderful downtown restaurant.

Dwayne who served us breakfast was absolutely the best server we have experienced in years. Truly exceptional. I had the mushroom omelette which was delicious, my husband had the buffet. Dwayne thoughtfully subbed the bagel with protein for me. He treated us beautifully and got our day off to a fantastic start! We appreciated his glorious positivity!!!

Good quality if expensive breakfast. Coffee (espresso) was a fairly ordinary Nespresso that managed to taste like drip coffee
