I suddenly wanted a smoked salmon bagel, and to have tried those from Montreal, those bagels hit right at home. absolutely delicious. price is more than fair, service is quick and efficient.
if you go in the afternoon ish, chances are that it will be full packed with a bit of waiting.

I'm disappointed, it was my first time trying this place but this was not a true Montreal style bagel. I ordered 6 bagels to go but didn't notice until I got home that they got my order wrong and I didn't get any sesame bagels š Also was told by the cashier I was gonna get fresh bagels from the oven but they weren't even warm when he handed them to me. Also difficult to get a parking spot on Sunday morning... Don't think I'll come back again

Ordered a Lux bagel + salmon + Philadelphia cheese today. They also add blue onion to the bagel (and green peppercorns?). Overall, it was tasty, but I was surprised that the cafe doesn't have a toilet or even antiseptic to wash your hands before and after eating. My boyfriend ordered a meat burger and it was covered in grease, and there's nowhere to wash your hands. They also don't have air conditioning in the establishment and no one wipes the tables and under them, it's pretty dirty and the tables are sticky to the touch.For a strawberry bagel, there is quite a bit of filling inside and it is quite expensive, although I love quality fresh pastries.

I came here for the first time on Sunday and was impressed. It was quite busy but staff were quick and attentive. I had a bagel for dining in, it was delicious. There were tables and a high top area to sit inside and a couple tables outside. There are cookies at the till for purchase, and the chocolate chunk one was delicious.

I was an undergrad at UBC three years ago and used to buy bagels here almost every week. My favorite was the poppy seed bagel. Back then, the poppy seed bagels from Siegle Bagel were fully covered with poppy seeds and smelled amazing. š„²Today, I bought a half dozen, but none of them were fully coveredāonly half of each bagel had poppy seeds. I'm really disappointed.

I had the lox and cream cheese on an everything bagel, and wow; absolutely delicious! The bagel was fresh and perfectly toasted, and they nailed the cream cheese ratioānot too much, not too little, just right!! They have a great selection of bagels to choose from, so there's something for everyone. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality bagel spot!
