I spent my birthday there with my friend and they gave us a dessert and two drinks on the house, super lovely service and food, would definitely go again!
Great food, amazing service, beautiful live music and nice atmosphere. A new favourite for us
There was a mix up with our reservation however the restaurant went above any beyond to resolve the situation in the end.
Really nice experience, food was delicious and the ambience was really nice.. but I made a reservation for my wife's birthday and we got to see someone else celebrate their birthday in the restaurant and got a dessert, but unfortunately not for my wife and that was a let down.
Excellent service and very good food. Also, the selection is broad and works well for vegetarians. The seating is comfortable and the live music definitely adds to the ambiance. The only (minor) negative is that the menu has not changed much over the years.
The noise level is high due to the musician. The food was spicy and nothing was available in non-spicy. Some of the dishes were good and some not.
We ate the sampler dishes, which allows to have a taste of everything then order more of what clients like. The value was reasonable with the amount of food and the live show.
Amazing food. If you've never tried Afghan food before, highly recommend the Silk Route Feast where you can literally experience most dishes on their menu and it's unlimited. Well worth it. Service is fantastic too. Highly recommend this place.
It was a great night. The live music and the calm environment made it very special. I liked the food and was happy to taste every meal they had on the menu. And the service was excellent. I love their energy and kindness. And we even got free desserts for my friend's birthday!
I'm a regular at this restaurant. It is outstanding, especially for the flavor and originality of the food, and the quality of service from the staff. Highly recommended!

The service is outstanding / the staff welcoming & gracious! There is a wide selection of food to accommodate every palate! A convenient location with easy parking & the staff go out of their way to provide a superb dining experience!
I think due to the Canada Day holiday, I think this was an off night. It took forever to get seated - 20 minutes past our reservation, ordering was prompt but the food arrival time also took 25-30 minutes and the restaurant wasn't completely full. The staff were all lovely and calm but I think they were either understaffed or unprepared for a larger number of patrons on the holiday. Food was fabulous as always and we'll most certainly be back.
We love it here! The food is delicious, the service is great, and we love the ambience. We went for our anniversary and were gifted a free dessert and hand-written card, which made the occasion extra special.
Everything was fresh and made with top-notch ingredients. The hummus was amazing, and every dish was tasty!
Attentive and friendly service. Often came around asking if we wanted more dishes. Harp in the background was nice. The kind of music that is relaxing - you can listen to it without really paying a lot of attention to it. The hot chai/apple spice tea upon entering was nice. Overall food was good. Rice was a little crunchy, but everything else was very good. The wooden chairs are not the least bit comfortable though. I had a bench seat this time, and they are much better. The homemade wooden chairs look great, but not supporting, rickety and hurt the back. Place was busy, but could still hold a conversation easily.
