Smallest two scoops of ice cream ! Won’t be back $12sonething ridiculous
Also the server put her finger in my friends cup of ice cream to scoop out and put back in bucket !!!!
I'm a tour bus driver and stopped by Silvestre Gusto Latino with 51 passengers. I went in intending to order a sandwich and asked to use the restroom first. I politely mentioned that I had a full bus of passengers and would be placing an order, but was rudely told the restroom is for customers only. The staff showed no courtesy or professionalism, despite the clear potential for business. Very disappointing experience. When I pass through this area again, I’ll make sure to let my passengers know not to stop here.
Very disappointing experience. My family (around six people, including a small child) came to buy ice cream, but the staff and what appeared to be a manager were extremely rude. Despite us making a purchase, they insisted we pay $5 to use the restroom. Their attitude made us feel unwelcome, as if they assumed we couldn’t afford to pay. To make matters worse, they spoke in a different language while charging us, which made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
Terrible customer service, would not let kids try ice cream before paying
Hello, so, I've been to this place before to have a Pollo a la brasa, which back then (a month ago) was 19CAD which seemed fair plus, I also ordered more things and all. Today, I checked the menu online and it was still 19 for a quarter; but my point here is not that specific dish, because when I got there and saw the menu, the prices went up by A LOT. Again, my big example: 19 to 28 for a quarter...
I guess I can't complain about prices, even though I do consider it very unfair as this was my go to place near my school, but my main issue is how these prices were clearly not updated from the website.
All I ask is to please update your menu so people can at least prepare beforehand, I quite literally did not expect. almost 10 bucks more than what was shown online.
The food was tasty and the environment was cute and cozy, resembling an actual Latin American restaurant with the wooden chairs and tables -and the music, of course.
The food was a little pricey for the amount that was actually served, but if you are well off, you can overlook that, I am sure! :D

The worst restaurant in this area, the only Peruvian one is the flag at the entrance. I hope they can improve, the food had no flavor and the lomo saltado is prepared with beef tenderloin, hence its name. Our experience was terrible, from the service to the food.

Terrible experience, bad customer service, the waiters don't know how to take the orders, and even the owner, cause I think it was the owner came out to speak out loud.

The truth is that this place is EXPENSIVE, a day ago I ordered chicharrón, they gave me a slice of pork. With pure sweet potato and onion salad. The pig was very bad for me, the pig doesn't hurt me. For what it costs, I don't think the service is.
I always go because the food is very delicious and it is clean. But they always forget to add the cream that they charge me for when I order takeout. The man is very kind, but the girls who serve and the lady seem like they were doing us a favor. The Peruvian lady should know how important chili is when you are going to eat, and obviously if I am buying more than 180 dollars from you and you are charging me for the chili, add it. The last time the same thing, if it weren't for the Chinese man who does care about his business, they didn't give me the chili, but the man gave it to me. Yesterday the man was busy and I didn't check and oh surprise, there was no chili in my bag. Very unfortunate.

Unpleasant atmosphere and the service takes a long time. In addition, different prices are charged than those posted, which is simply not possible.

Make sure you bring your receipt to use the bathroom. Or give a 5 dollar deposit. That's what I was told.
They won't let you use the bathroom before you purchase anything. Rude.
Excellent taste
But very bad service
They lack a customer service course

Exquisite flavor
Terrible service, they moved our table even when we had already started eating. That because they needed it for another group and there were only two of us. We accept to carry the party in peace. We finished eating and we wanted to wait minutes to order ice cream, a waitress arrived and we told her that we would wait a few minutes to order dessert. After a while, another one arrived insisting if we wanted something else or if she brought us the bill.
Not only did they change our table, they almost kicked us out, they didn't want us to be there because they insisted that we had already told the other lady to give us a few minutes.
So we better ask for the bill and we left very disappointed in the service.
