The place looks good on Google Maps, but I was unable to go there with a 90-year old who’s mobility challenged. No parking on their side of the street nor a drop off spot in front
Amazing caramel macchiato

This coffee shop is truly professional — the coffee is excellent and the tiramisu tastes wonderful. I also love the cute little toys; they add such a warm touch!

This is an amazing coffee shop if you want to be surprised with impressive latte art. The service is phenomenal. We were offered a second cup of latte because the girl who created the first cup wasn't satisfied with the latte art. The ambience is nice and quiet and it is nestled around condos and is close to QE Park. Thank you for bringing a smile to our morning.

I ordered the strawberry matcha latte. Without exaggeration, it was the worst drink I've ever ordered. I had to toss it after a few sips. I'm not a picky eater at all and had never needed to do this.
The strawberry jam was very dark and sticky. There were no strawberry pieces at all. It was just an overly sweet goop without fresh flavour.
The colour of the matcha was murky and dull. It looked gritty. It tasted how it looked and left an even worse aftertaste.
The price is the same or even higher than similar drinks made with quality ingredients. They should just remove their tea/seasonal products. I didn't hear great things about their London fog or croissant.
There were two staff, who make one order and acknowledge one customer at a time. They don't acknowledge customers standing before them. I waited for one to look over, even though there had been no one in front of me.
Combined with the blatantly low quality products, it was just the worst.
The space looked nice.
Hopefully they're better for coffee!

Weird spot. The pictures and other reviews suggest this place sells baked goods and is a functioning cafe, but when we walked in there was a single stale cookie on the counter, a man behind the counter who seemed incredibly inconvenienced by our presence and yet somehow still 2 dirty tables.

Lovely shop just right beside the QE park. The best latte art I ever see in Vancouver! The Chinese girl staff is so nice and patient! Good service!

Inaccurate hours. Arrived at 7:35 on a Thursday, no one is in. Not that it was getting prepared or ready to open, no one is in at all. I waited until 7:40 and it doesn’t look like it’s even possible to be open before 8, or that they are taking a day off without any notice, so I left. Very disappointing with false information not only on Google but written on the storefront as well.
This a quiet neighbourhood cafe with a thoughtful interior and good customer service. The barista is a pro (see photos). The cheesecake could benefit from a bit more taste, IMHO. Overall, though, a very positive experience.

Sold out on everything which is okay. But ordering drinks to go, and we could only have coffee to go. No cups for refreshers to go, even though they had plastic to go cups. Lost sales. It's like they didn't want sales.
