Hands down, my favourite seafood supplier. The Salmon Bacon and Salmon Hams are beyond amazing. The smoked salmon nuggets have the perfect amount of smoke and sweet flavours. The jarred tuna loins are ideal for pastas or sandwiches or whatever tickels your fancy. I've been a customer for a few years, and will continue to be one for many, many more.
I've been looking for white spring salmon for a while. Finally found it when we were about to visit Northern Cafe. We ran into a fish wholesaler we know in the lumber yard. Turns out he has a new operation called Coldfish, very impressive and HUGE. He gave us a tour of the fish processing plant. One thing I noticed is that it does not smell fishy. We even saw how they scrub the whole delivery truck! Then he showed us the Simply West Coast seafood shop that opens seven days...
