Slim's BBQ in Vancouver offers the best BBQ in town, featuring friendly staff and a welcoming environment. The ribs are a must-try, and the fried chicken is outstanding. The cornbread with maple butter is sooo good and is a favorite side. For bigger groups, the Bubba platter is recommended. The pulled pork sandwich is awesome, super fresh and juicy.
