Great dinner at Slim’s BBQ last night. My celiac kid loved the ribs and tots. I had the fried chicken which was outstanding. Server confirmed that they could accommodate for GF and menu was clearly marked. Overall great service and great vibe. We will be back!

Lovely spot. Friendly bartenders and happy hour is great. Check out the ribs on happy hour with either a hot sauce or a sweeter one. Great place . Recommend

Maybe their meat is excellent. I went with one vegetarian and one vegan and we were all disappointed in our meals. The BBQ jackfruit Mac and cheese was particularly foul. I think they need to either up their nonmeat menu or just become a pure carnivore restaurant

Stopped by for the 4x4 with four of my buddies. The ribs were decent, the tater tots and fried chicken were perfectly prepared, and the rest of the meal was just all around solid and great. Many in our party were taken aback as to how good the chicken was! It is a smaller establishment which meant that our server was doing it all - and doing it amazingly. Fantastic service. Do be aware that the size and sides can be a little small - they do a lot of stuff right, though, so the choices make up for it.
The drink options are solid and this place does as much as it can right. I wouldn't say it's a happening place, but you can handily keep a conversation and the atmosphere is comfortable and, after all, isn't that what the best barbecues are all about?

Love it here. Such a cozy place to stop in for a bite, with a relaxed environment and where everyone feels welcome. Love the Kickin' coffee, fried chicken (it is gluten free!), wings (try the Wreck Peach!!!), tots with a side of queso sauce... brisket on Saturdays... ahhhh. I could go on... just trust me and stop by for some good ol' comfort food.
Good place for GF folks, meat-eaters, vegans, and everyone in between.
Sometimes, I'll pop by after a busy day and have tots with a glass of house wine. Then get a piece of fried chicken to-go for snacking on later. Perfect.
