Items that need some work: - potato salad. I added more mayo, chili flakes and black pepper. - brisket had a great flavor but could use some moisture - portion size for sides, a little light on the coleslaw portion
The Bubba platter was delicious and certainly filled me up just right but for ~$50 I was expecting a little more food. Overall very good and I like supporting local places.

Came in here on a Sunday night and the waitress was super nice! I got the Barbacoa taco and my husband got the Ribs with spicy mac n cheese. Everything was SO GOOD!!! Everything hit the spot. But unfortunately, shortly after leaving, my husband and I had some of allergic reaction to something we both ate here and were sick within 20 mins of leaving the restaurant. Was sick overnight and the morning after but believe it might have been the spicy mac n cheese we both ate. Tread lightly coming here! The food was so good but was not expecting to feel very sick leaving shortly after. Everything cost around $70CAD for two including drinks. which seems a wee bit pricey. But for the states that’s the norm.

Had a late meal here last night and I enjoyed it. The meat in the taco was a bit too dry, but the smoked pork butt was delicious. The service was fast and friendly, I also really liked the decor. I'd definitely go back.

A fairly loved BBQ joint of my partner’s and I’s. I dined here for the first time almost 2 years ago and still enjoy coming back! Their Caesar’s are delicious, and their BBQ is the perfect thing to curb any cravings. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming and this place has always been a pleasant, casual experience. :)

This place has underrated food! Have you tried the tortilla soup in a rainy day? Not only that but the tortillas are really good quality. This place has improved food quality wise in the last couple of years and I recommend to check it again if you haven’t in a while.

We went here after seeing a concert at the Fox Cabaret and Slim's did not disappoint! The atmosphere is great. Staff were courteous, helpful and did not make us wait at all. We ordered the Ceasar (10/10!), Lime Chicharron (so goood), the Pile High Pulled Pork and Nashville Hot Chicken. Spicy Mac & Cheese + Cornbread sides were also so good. Having a late night menu allowed us to order quickly and our food came out ASAP. I will be going back again for sure :)
