Tried this spot for the first time and the barista was so rude and so slow. There were 3 baristas working and the place was empty yet it took 15 minutes for a latte to go.

Everything about this coffee shop is absolutely perfect! The place has such a warm and cozy vibe, the coffee is amazing, and the food is so tasty and fresh. Every bite and every sip feels thoughtfully made. The manager and staff are incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming . They really go above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable and appreciated. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. This coffee shop is truly a gem, and I always leave happy and satisfied. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

I always have such a great time at Small Victory. The place has such a warm, welcoming vibe, and it’s clear the staff really care about what they do. The manager especially deserves a commendation — super friendly, attentive, and always making sure everyone feels looked after. Honestly, it’s one of those spots that just puts you in a good mood. :))

Wow, I know we all complain about prices, but $44 for a cup of tea, latte, salad and avocado toast (1 slice) 😞

8 minutes for a latte with FIVE people behind the bar is WILD (only two people in front of me). Unfortunately that’s the case every time I go here. I love their coffee but wait times are borderline disrespectful.

My go-to neighbourhood bakery! I must have their seeded loaf in house at all times. Their almond croissant is one of the best I've had!

The only good thing here are the baked goods. I would not come here if I had a better choice. Everything is very overpriced and the coffee is bad or ok depending on what you get and staff seem uninterested especially the baristas.
The drip coffee was extremely watered down and costs $4.20 for a small 12oz, and no own mug discount. Felt like a complete waste of money. It was worse than convenience store coffee and at least if I spent $2 for convenience store coffee I’m expecting subpar or bad coffee. Specialty coffees were actually fine though. Baristas never acknowledge you, it’s always silent interactions. I always walk out feeling disappointed from the price and service, always feels like I paid a premium for sub par quality. (Two stars only because baked cookies and loaves taste good).

Good bread, wish they took cash… a cashless society is very scary!!
Best pastries in Vancouver! The Almond Croissant was the best I've ever had as well as the delicious Brioche Cinnamon Bun and Strawberry Cloud Matcha. Small Victory not only met, but exceeded my expectations for a quick brunch run, leading me to revisit during my short trip to Vancouver.

Couldn't stop eating their prepackaged treats. For months, anytime I bought bread I needed something from off the shelf/display. Nice staff. Move through long lines efficiently.
