Loved it!! This was my first visit and it was as one of the best sundaes I've ever had. The chocolate ice cream was smooth, creamy, rich and chocolatey. The cherry 🍒 compote was full of rich, intense, sweet, whole cherries with a juicy, slightly chewy texture. Chocolate shavings and a fresh cherry on top added a final boost of flavour and crunch. The staff was helpful and answered my questions. There is a points program to get free sundaes. I'll never want to go back to fast food soft serve after trying this high quality next level treat.

The Gastown is good, getting it with the twist (plain + dark chocolate milk) really makes it taste like a tiramisu. Comes with a lady finger and cocoa powder and coffee.

Upon the staff’s recommendation, I ordered their signature Honeycomb Ice Cream. At this shop, you can also choose from a variety of flavors for cream body, including milk, mixed, chocolate, and pistachio. (I was treated to a small sample of pistachio ice cream, which was incredibly rich and aromatic.) The honeycomb paired perfectly with the creamy milk flavor, creating a delightful combination.

Popped in one evening, there are too many flies but I tried the seasonal midnight mochi crunch in black sesame, and it was amazing–rich and perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and the chewy mochi bites were spot on. I'll be back for it before the seasonal flavour disappears; though the rice crisps at the bottom felt rather pointless. Still highly recommended as one of the best soft serves around.
Update: The green forest with black sesame soft serve combo was stunning, with a generous portion of red bean and a rich nutty/earthy flavour that tasted luxurious even. However, the gastown with twist soft serve, recommended by staff, was downright disappointing that tasted cheap and bland for its price point. I recommend opting for their seasonal flavours of soft serve instead.
