The ice cream was flavourful and well put together. I enjoyed the atmosphere from the Lego Builds as well :)

We drove all the way from White Rock, only to find out they were sold out of the Uber flavor, which was the whole reason for our visit. I tried calling multiple times beforehand to check availability, but no one ever picked up the phone. When we arrived, there was only one person ordering, so I don’t buy the excuse that they were “too busy.” The staff seemed slow and lacked basic courtesy. Overall, a frustrating experience. Avoid if you value your time and good service.

Love that this is a dairy free shop perfect for kids with allergies. The ice cream was smooth and the Ube is so vibrant from the coloring and can really taste the flavor. a bit challenging to get a parking space.

The ice cream is located inside Whisk Match Cafe. The cafe has seating and lots of other lovely vegan treats. The soft serve is not available every day so we settled for a frozen tub of ice cream. It was really good. Matcha flavour without bitterness and much creamier than some vegan soft serve I’ve had elsewhere. They have rotating flavours and can check the schedule to tell you what flavours will be coming up. If you don’t live in Vancouver it can be a bit if a downer that the flavour you want isn’t available.

I had their new oatmilk latte and about an hour later I had hypoglycemia. The vibe was nice but I would not recommend this drink based on my bad experience.

After finally visiting on a weekend, I was able to try their matcha soft serve. Despite being a beautiful treat, the flavor was extremely bitter. I usually drink unsweetened matcha, so I was surprised I didn’t like it. Perhaps it would have been better swirled with another flavor (not offered the day I visited), or it was simply an off day. However, I would try another flavor in the future since the texture was great!

Literally the best Vegan Ice cream I ever try so far ! It was delightfully delicious. The texture of the ice cream was perfect, so smooth and so soft and fresh. A real enjoyable pleasure over the summer ! I had a wonderful experience thank you! I highly recommend Softie Co for all my vegan friends ! Go there you won’t be disappointed ??
Awesome soft serve, and great bakery! Will be back again soon. Wish they would have more soft serve flavours but I guess we need to add clientele to do that :). I’ll be talking this place up ☺️

I've had the soft serve ice cream at Softie many times since moving to Vancouver last year as they change their flavours every week minimum so there's always new ones to try and it's so delicious!! I've also had some of their cookies and hot drinks from Whisk / Level V Bakery (all 3 are in the same place) and loved everything! Highly recommend ??

Very little choice of ice cream flavours. Ended up getting a small cup of raspberry but the flavour was just so off. My friend got matcha, it was really bitter and not sweet enough, and not matcha enough either. Would not recommend coming here for ice cream
