The ice cream is located inside Whisk Match Cafe. The cafe has seating and lots of other lovely vegan treats. The soft serve is not available every day so we settled for a frozen tub of ice cream. It was really good. Matcha flavour without bitterness and much creamier than some vegan soft serve I’ve had elsewhere. They have rotating flavours and can check the schedule to tell you what flavours will be coming up. If you don’t live in Vancouver it can be a bit if a downer...

After finally visiting on a weekend, I was able to try their matcha soft serve. Despite being a beautiful treat, the flavor was extremely bitter. I usually drink unsweetened matcha, so I was surprised I didn’t like it. Perhaps it would have been better swirled with another flavor (not offered the day I visited), or it was simply an off day. However, I would try another flavor in the future since the texture was great!
