Solo is my favourite place to go as A Vancouver resident it’s not easy to find places where I feel accepted. There’s so many tourist there’s so many non-Vancouver rates but at Soho I feel like it’s home.
Came here for my birthday drinks and went out for a smoke with my group after having a couple rounds of pool and drinks. We asked if it was okay to leave and come back for a smoke, they said yes. When we tried to come back in, the bouncer at the door let two of my friends in and then stopped me and asked for my ID. (which was with the bartender for the pool table) I just find it disrespectful that one person in a group of 5 gets called out of for ID when we had been there for...
Love coming here as it’s our Go To place to play some pool 🎱 and just chill and watch sports or hang out and I live in the area so it’s such a bonus! The food is ok, and service can be a bit slow on busy night but overall it’s one of my favourite places in DT, cheers all! 🥳🍻🎉
