Even though Solly’s is quite close to my home, I will never support this business again.
Incredibly disappointing to see the owner treat her staff so poorly. You can even sense the entitlement in their responses to poor reviews here on Google too. “Talking to staff” to resolve these issues is not a realistic way to deal with this well documented customer complaint. Go to Siegel’s instead!

This was my third visit in about 20 years and it will be my last. The owner is beyond rude, to both customers and employees. The food is just 'meh' and overpriced. The only good thing was the coffee. I personally witnessed over 12 people walk out because they were tired of waiting. Siegel's on Cornwall is way more pleasant and has a way better reuben although it is served on a bagel and not the traditional way. When will Vancouver get a proper Jewish deli?

The most inefficient business I've ever seen. Very nice and friendly staff, all the employees are very hardworking. The owner is rude and very mean to the staff. So disorganized, I saw over a dozen people walk out because they were sick of waiting to order. The reuben was edible but not that good. I hadn't been here in years and now I remember why. It's sad our city still doesn't have a proper Jewish deli. I will be going to Siegel's on Cornwall from now on for my fix. The only good part was that the coffee was good

Really enjoyed the carrot cake. The icing was delicious and not to sweet. The cake itself was a bit dry but the icing brought some moisture in.

Do not listen to these reviews , maybe old staff was rude but I have had very good experiences here, get the hot pastrami on mish mash bagel , arguably one of the best sandwiches in vancouver

I have tried to support Sollys while living in the area, but the truth is the service is crappy. Everyone working there is very snooty, never warm or welcoming. Also each time I try a dessert its always dry & never tastes fresh. It's unfortunate, but I think after today's lack lustre treat and snooty cashier i am done with Sollys
