the owner belittles and scolds the staff 24/7. i heard about this from friends but i love the main st location so i thought maybe it was exaggeration but no. never seen something like that in my life, astounding. literally just walked out without getting my food.

As u can see from the reviews you don’t go here for the service. Sullen and unfriendly.staff. The bagels used to be amazing - no more. Very average like from a grocery store. Won’t go back. Dill cream cheese had zero dill flavour. So many better places to go.

The sweet stuff is okay and mostly decently priced... But if you're lookin for authentic Jewish bagels, you won't find them here. The atmosphere isn't very welcoming to Jewish people, either. Not a single Jewish employee, these days, and they seem completely ignorant of Jewish baking. Also, there's no Kosher options that I could see of. The bagels are no tastier than Tim Hortons.

Rude employees, not accommodating, looks bored out of their mind. Food was not good at all, the spices they add in tastes like medicine and it is overpowering the rest of the meal. Don't even bother getting drinks there, not worth it. It gets cold in 3 minutes. Save your money - or rather spend money to restaurants that are better in quality and taste.
