Beef bone broth is an amazing product, it's everything you want that second cup of joe to be but better. Customer service is top notch from this team.

Feel like soup and a sandwich? Maybe a salad? Cookie? All made in house! Seriously best prices in the city too. ?

There was no ham in my pea and ham soup that I purchased in their (pricey) pre-packaged bags of soup. I am willing to pay more for local, but I still expect quality.

2 different soups made two people very sick. Would not recommend
The place seems to be closed but it does have service. The portions of the paninis are good, the salads are large, the flavor is good in all foods. We ordered a chicken pesto panini, a Sassy roast beef panini, and a beet salad. It has soups to go, an excellent place for comfort food.
I have regularly purchased Soup Etc since it's been available at a number of stores I shop at. I had a slight issue with one bag I purchased and contacted the company. Within minutes I had a response from the company president (before 7 am) who apologized and explained the situation and arranged for a very generous replacement of bags of soup, delivered by one of their employees right to my workplace. I am pleased to support a local company that not only makes delicious soup but has excellent customer service. If you haven't tried their soups I highly recommend.
Chicken noodle soup was delicious. Tastes homemade and very flavourful.
