Very rude, the barristas were more interested in gossiping with each other than counter service. Totally dismissed us and kept chatting. Terrible service I would give them a zero star if I could.

I visited on the morning of May 23rd for my usual coffee, which I received as expected. When I asked a lady on staff for a cup of water, she responded rudely and told me to line up again. I usually enjoy your store, but this behavior was disappointing and not what I expect from your team.🤷🏻‍♂️

Only issue I have with this place is the traffic on a busy day. You'll be waiting 20min for a drink BC of the high traffic here.

Hello, unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience on April 5, 2025. I ordered a blond espresso 1 shot and juice for my daughter. The bartender asked something again, but I did not understand him right away, I asked again and said that I did not understand him, he answered me very rudely. It was so unpleasant, because I was very polite with him.

No wonder there are many negative reviews on here. This location constantly makes drinks wrong. Most of the staff seem overworked and extremely stressed.
One of the guys who wears glasses is very rude and has zero customer service skills (I believe his name is Ashok).
I heard from my friends and family that they had a similar experience here as well. Such a shame!
I guess we need another coffeeshop in the area ASAP!

The service workers here just aren't on point. They're distracted and don't pay attention to orders. I ordered a treat for myself and I didn't want it warmed up. What does the guy do? He automatically starts putting it in the oven when I told him not to.

this is what I received for a venti size. I asked the guy why it was short in that much. He said this is what it looks like for no ice. I ordered this drink many times, but this is definitely the first time I’ve seen this.

I recently visited this Starbucks location and observed some concerning behavior from one of the baristas. He is a male with brown skin (I couldn’t see his name tag). I noticed that he was not wearing an apron, which I understand is part of the standard uniform, and he frequently walked behind the bar to make his own drinks.

Additionally, I observed some unhygienic practices. He was often touching his hair and face without washing his hands afterward, and I saw him wiping dirt off his shirt while working. These actions raise concerns about cleanliness and hygiene, which are especially important in a food and beverage setting.

I hope this feedback can help address these issues and maintain the high standards that customers expect from Starbucks.

This location no matter what I order will make me wait 10 mins … blended drink 10 minutes, simple pike drip coffee 10 mins like this is the 5th time in a row it’s happened. I give up now and request an immediate refund after 5 mins
