Really really really bad service more times than not in this location. I live two mins walk to this store and I'm a Starbucks member for almost 20 years but I'm giving up Starbucks. It's so infuriating, I pre-order through the app, the app says 6mins , I get there and nothing, so many times, nothing. Left standing for over ten mins after the 6 min was up. Today I went there and the staff were just standing about chatting, no care at all for the customers waiting, loads. I had to ask if they got my order, ten mins ago I made it. Then they start my order. This has happened too many times, I'm done.
Go to save on foods next door, buy a box of coffee and go home and make would be quicker. Starbucks has a strong name, everybody loves it but this branch is dragging you down, I'm done!

I ordered a hot drink, but it was served without a paper sleeve. I asked for one because the cup was too hot to hold, but the staff told me, they were out of stock. If that’s the case, it might be better not to serve hot drinks until sleeves are available, as it can be unsafe for customers to handle.

I’m not one to write a review about Starbucks but I love this location!! Everyone here is so friendly & it only took one visit for some of them to remember my order (lol) plus it’s not usually a long wait when I go! Thanks Starbucks team at River District :)

Waited for a friend at this location, so I sat down before I received communication from them.

After ten minutes, I went up to the cashier who offered her expertise on my drink request. Initially, I wanted a Chai Latte with the Pumpkin Spice flavour, but based on what I saw on the menu, I complicated things by asking if there was a hot version of their Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai...

We ended up with a Pumpkin Chai Latte with Protein Milk, which ended up being delicious! What would have ended up being nearly a $10 drink was paid with Stars (a time you should take advantage of your stars!)

Jasmine definitely made my experience an absolute pleasure, having expertise on what was going on with my drink (disclaimer, if you order the Protein Milk, it will be mixed with another Milk as it cannot foam up like the others). Cute little location, I envy anyone who resides by this local Starbucks.

forgetting pumpkin in a pumpkin spice latte is criminal

placed order online more than 10 min, still had to wait another 10 min at store. There were more staff than customers,employees preferred to chat instead of doing their job. It feels like this location deliberately hires unprofessional staff every time I come here, the wait is twice longer than others。

One of the staff lady even rudely lecture me while making me wait forever, then went right back to chatting with her coworkers. Honestly, with that attitude, I almost thought she was the proud owner of Starbucks
