placed order online more than 10 min, still had to wait another 10 min at store. There were more staff than customers,employees preferred to chat instead of doing their job. It feels like this location deliberately hires unprofessional staff every time I come here, the wait is twice longer than others。

One of the staff lady even rudely lecture me while making me wait forever, then went right back to chatting with her coworkers. Honestly, with that attitude, I almost thought she was the proud owner of Starbucks

My experience at Starbucks was pleasant. All the baristas are proficent in delivering excellent customer service. I was lucky to be helped by Ashok earlier.

Some staff are absolutely disrespectful and not worth what they get paid. You have one job and you couldn’t handle that, no wonder why you end up at Starbucks.

Justin took the order wrong with a single shot when I ordered a regular grande latte. Also, if customers are waiting, Iria should focus on making the drinks instead of talking with other staff.

I visited on the morning of May 23rd for my usual coffee, which I received as expected. When I asked a lady on staff for a cup of water, she responded rudely and told me to line up again. I usually enjoy your store, but this behavior was disappointing and not what I expect from your team.🤷🏻‍♂️

Only issue I have with this place is the traffic on a busy day. You'll be waiting 20min for a drink BC of the high traffic here.

Hello, unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience on April 5, 2025. I ordered a blond espresso 1 shot and juice for my daughter. The bartender asked something again, but I did not understand him right away, I asked again and said that I did not understand him, he answered me very rudely. It was so unpleasant, because I was very polite with him.

No wonder there are many negative reviews on here. This location constantly makes drinks wrong. Most of the staff seem overworked and extremely stressed.
One of the guys who wears glasses is very rude and has zero customer service skills (I believe his name is Ashok).
I heard from my friends and family that they had a similar experience here as well. Such a shame!
I guess we need another coffeeshop in the area ASAP!

The service workers here just aren't on point. They're distracted and don't pay attention to orders. I ordered a treat for myself and I didn't want it warmed up. What does the guy do? He automatically starts putting it in the oven when I told him not to.
