Staff are kind snd helpful. Clean and cozy

Absolute disgrace of a Starbucks. During my visit they were extremely rude to both me and others. The manager was not there, and perhaps the supervisor was having a bad day, but this is no way to treat customers.

We were not served at this Starbucks because this company doesn’t follow the Canadian Charter of Rights. The mandating of masks is illegal. The manager of this place discriminated against us by refusing to serve us because we didn’t wear a mask. Just ban this company.

Just wanted to say 'what lovely staff'!! Was just in there (10.15am Sept 28th) and caused a bit of havoc by first taking the wrong drink off the counter and then discovering that my order was misunderstood. The staff was so patient with me and so absolutely lovely about my ditziness - I so needed my morning coffee :)

Guess it's another Starbucks. Wasn't anything special, but they made my drinks and food correctly, quickly.

The staff are what make this particular Starbucks special. Ed, Dan, Anna, Moon, and Fatima were all very friendly and detail oriented. They remembered previous customers names and orders and were enthusiastic about addressing me by my name and spelling it correctly. The customers seemed to remember staff members names as well and were equally happy to see them and place their coffee orders. The coffee was what you'd expect at Starbucks, perhaps a bit less burnt than usual. But the smiles between staff and customers alike is what really made this Starbucks stand out. I wish all Starbucks had such a genuine and welcoming atmosphere - I would certainly visit more often if they did!

Even 1 star is too much for this location. Employees are super slow and just hired to make line as long as they can!

Great, pretty standard for Starbucks and nice quiet location. However, they should really put more tables and chairs. Most of the seating is high bar stools, which most people leave to grab an open table the first chance they see it. Just more comfortable seating would be appreciated in general I think.

Love this place! Inside the shop is as same as all other Starbucks branches but when not raining, the outside tables give you a wonderful view. Staff are so friendly and the service is fast and the quality is amazing. Absolutely one of my favorite branches in Vancouver.

Always fresh coffee, good friendly service. Sometimes gets busy but which coffee shop doesn’t, haha. Good location.

Bravo Kelsey! That girl is absolutely on the ball! Seems like an upbuilding and constructive teamwork dynamic is being demonstrated and implemented by all the staff members. A little slow perhaps, but that's what comes with training new staff. And though there's limited seating inside the shop, there's plenty in the mall this Starbucks is located in.

I visit this Starbucks frequently and the staff are always great. A few times I’ve had a mobile order messed up but that is more due to equipment failure than anything the staff have control of. There’s free wireless internet and bathrooms that you don’t have to have a staff member buzz you in to. Located just inside the east entrance to the mall. Ample seating and outdoor seating is also available for when the weather is nice.
