Ordered a coffee and waited over 20 minutes to receive it. The staff were extremely slow, and there was no communication or explanation for the delay. Disappointing experience, especially for a place known for quick service.

I was having a horrible day today, and wanted a sweet treat as a little gift to myself. I came in today at 1:30pm wearing pyjamas and had old makeup on, I looked horrible. I was happy to see that the entire working staff was very kind to me and spoke to me gently despite the chaos with online orders. I felt like I was talking to a friend, and it made my day. I hope these employees are acknowledged and appreciated by their SM and the DM.

Giving out 5 star for a lovely interaction and helpful worker here. She was very nice and patient with me and even gave an adorable drawing on the cup!

Starbucks thinks that light ice is a cup that is 75% ice. Don't pay $8 for ice!
Double charged for an item. There's no way to get a refund since there is no receipt issued. Starbucks Customer Service didn't follow-up either.

I'm giving it two stars because the staff is great. However, the banana bread is incredibly stale and you have to line up to order a drip coffee and then line up to wait for them to make the coffee. If you want a quick coffee to go this is not the place
Great place to go to

Crazy busy location due to construction sites all within 1km of this Starbucks and parking is a nightmare. Good luck getting a parking spot as most residential areas within walking distance of this location are restricted residents ONLY parking. So if u are in a hurry, don't bother with this location as there are plenty other Starbucks within 5km drive of this location. Save yourself the headaches

Today (November 6th), I went to your store hoping to purchase the limited edition Teddy Bear glass cup. On November 5th around 8:00 PM, I called this location in advance to ask if the Teddy Bear glass cup was available. One of your female staff members told me over the phone that it was available and even suggested that I come early to get it.
This morning, November 6th, I arrived very early at around 4:15 AM. The store opens at 5:00 AM, so I lined up outside the entrance. Through the window, I clearly saw one Teddy Bear glass cup displayed inside the store. There were two people ahead of me, one of whom appeared to be an employee — an Asian lady, around 60 years old, with white hair, glasses, and about 5 feet tall. I believe she was the key holder.
At around 4:30 AM, she and two other female staff members entered the store while all customers were still waiting outside. I then saw one of them move a food rack to block the front display where the cups were placed. Shortly after that, the only Teddy Bear cup I saw earlier disappeared.
When the store officially opened at 5:00 AM, the three female employees were behind the counter, and the Asian lady with white hair and glasses was the one closest to me. I asked her about the Teddy Bear glass cup. She replied angrily, saying all the cups were already on the shelves and told me not to cause any trouble. Her attitude was extremely rude, unprofessional, and irresponsible. I told her that I had just seen one Teddy Bear glass cup from outside, but she denied it and spoke to me very impolitely.
I feel extremely disappointed. I called in advance, arrived very early, and waited patiently outside before opening time. I saw the cup with my own eyes, yet your staff deliberately hid it. I would like to know if Starbucks allows employees to keep limited-edition merchandise for themselves before customers have a chance to buy it. This kind of behavior is unfair, dishonest, and misleading to customers.

This store seems to have gone downhill with different staff at my regular time, it seems. Last week they completely forgot to get my drip coffee and tried to blame it on another customer taking it (he hadn't, his order was different). This week it took more than 10 minutes to get my food. They said there were lots of orders in front of mine, but the store was super quiet and the food warming thing wasn't consistently in use to be preparing said orders.

I had a really disappointing experience today. The app didn’t show my birthday reward, even though it’s my actual birthday. I showed my ID card and the app to the staff, but they still refused to give me my birthday drink. They were surprisingly rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed with the service.

This Starbucks is located at the corner of Cambie Street and West 39th Avenue. There is a small parking area behind the store, but I’m not sure if it’s meant for customers, and I’ve never actually seen any space available there. You can also park along West 39th Avenue, though there’s room for only about three or four vehicles. Parking on Cambie Street is another option, but it’s usually full depending on the time of day. You’re pretty lucky if you manage to find a spot there during a busy time.
