I don’t understand why a simple ice coffee can take 10 good minutes to make and the store wasn’t even busy. I missed a bus due to this. there are many other good coffee shops in the neighborhood, the only reason I came to Starbucks is cuz I expected it to be fast, and apparently pouring pre-made iced coffee is a complicated job that takes a lot of time. Very disappointed.

Barista guy is so arrogant first and last time there... Supposed to be good people there, is my first time at Starbucks having this kind of bad customer service. Coffee is also great. You should have better people for customers.

I ordered a chai tea here. I asked them do they serve loose leaf tea (I don’t drink from tea bags anymore as I learned that in hot water they produce toxic chemicals from the plastic). The employee said no but they can cut open the bag. Not only was she unfriendly and irritable, she left the tea bag inside. I don’t know how she could mess up such a simple order and on top of that, the tea was basically tasteless for a chai tea. No doubt I’ll be making my own tea now.

I ordered iced americano. The staff extracted the espresso directly into a plastic cup. I had to worry about exposure to environmental carcinogens. This is a very dangerous act of customers having to worry about health and safety. They need to be retrained. No one wants to drink hot espresso extract dissolved in plastic cup.
they put regular milk in my drink when i asked for soy and i have allergy dont go
