The best Starbucks location on the planet! I don't normally do fast food or chains because well.... Fast-food is trash... But Graham is so cheerful, Mary is my favorite, and honestly there's a few people who are just so nice to me and sometimes because of a car accident that was not my fault I'm really not ok. I feel like they really care about the people they serve. I feel like some of them really go above and beyond when they see me not smiling. Sometimes I'm in pain and headaches and concussion issues. They all are really nice to me and I am so grateful! Truly amazing!They are so busy all the time! So many orders! They do a good job! Sometimes mistakes happen but if you just ask politely and respectfully they will help you. They want to give you what you want.Thank you my friends! Thank you!

Bathrooms are so so dirty, toilets covered in hair, urine, paper and worse. Water all over the floor, no TP or paper towels.Coffee is standard but sometimes takes too long during rush hours due to mobile orders and the staff talking to each other behind the counter.The tables/seats are very dirty and the floor has food crumbs all the time.They do have a very friendly staff, he greets everyone, asks how their drink was and wishes them goodbye when they leave. Don't know his name but the 2 stars are for him.
No Hazelnut syrup for my latte "Sold Out" not impressed & Baristas in Training thats great! Not when your waiting for 4 drinks...someone needs to

as usual there is easy access and great customer service…I really like the dark roast…and the free wi-fi provides extra enjoyment…Wheelchair accessibility: sidewalk meets the entrance to Starbucks…easy to enter….

I went to this Star Bucks last week while shopping on 41st Ave.It was 1:20 pm it was not too busy I ordered a med iced water and a med Iced coffee. it was busy but not packed. I stoodwaiting for my iced coffee for around 3-5 min. A young person called my name and gave me my iced coffee which was mostly ice by the way. I waited for my water, I politely asked for my ice water when a woman standing behind the counter YELLED at me that 'water went with the order'. This giant woman literally screamed at me from behind the counter. Booming condescending voice.I replied that I knew that then she went on to ask if I ordered the water at the cashier? Not speaking to me but YELLING!After looking over my receipt it showed I did in fact order an ice water with my coffee.I was given the water but no apology nothing.I am a senior and did not deserve to be yelled at.....Very rude and entitled staff at this Star Bucks. Careful goingthere if you happen to be a senior who uses a cane. You could get yelled at for no reason by a very large very unhappy Star Bucks employee.... Shame on you!

I wait for a grande Americano for 12 minutes and complained with one of the coffee maker. She responded go to McDonald next time. This is how they service their customers. Totally unacceptable.
