Large place with plenty of seating.
Friendly associates; sometimes slow order processing - orders are not handed out at the same time; coffee is cold when the muffin arrived - due to a bottleneck with the barista who is doing a great job.

A Traveller

I had been sitting in Starbucks for about 30 minutes and had purchased a cup of coffee. I needed to use the men's washroom so I went to one of the employees and asked if there was a code for the door. I was told to see the POS I have no idea what a pos is, I was then told to get in line and see the cashier which I did when I was able to speak to somebody at the cashiers desk, there were many people waiting in line to order their coffee at the cashiers desk when I got to the cashier desk I was asked if I was going to make a purchase this question was asked by Amber I told Amber that I had already purchased and had a cup of coffee. Very poor way of doing things having to stand in line when you need to use a washroom their staff needs to be trained in using words that are understood by the public not POS, which means nothing to me. Locked up washrooms certainly do not serve the public needs of those that are in the restaurant and need to use a washroom quickly. I read Starbucks and the staff as extremely poor

Just went to use a coupon I received and the cashier needed to re-scan my card multiple times. In the end he entered the size of my drink incorrectly and I received a smaller drink than I asked for. They said nothing they can do since they already used the coupon. Pretty crappy service from this location for a minor mistake and did not let me pay the difference.

I have to leave this review for the staff, amazing staff, Tyler was so cool, amazing personality, super positive and just awesome. Deserves a raise for sure. Also the honey citrus tea has always been my favourite but please stick to real honey not the syrup. Great service 👌

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks today.
I ordered a Caramel Brulée Latte, which is clearly listed as one of the holiday beverages that qualify for the free reusable holiday cup promotion. However, when my drink was ready, I did not receive the reusable cup.

I politely asked the cashier, a young white woman, about it, and she told me that my drink was “not a holiday beverage,” which is simply not true. I explained that the Caramel Brulée Latte is a holiday drink, and it is clearly shown on Starbucks’ website, but she still refused to give me the cup.

As someone who regularly visits Starbucks, I expected better customer service and at least a proper explanation. This experience was very disappointing.

Urgent Health Concern: Pest Sighting After Closing

​I am writing this review based on a concerning observation I made recently at this location.
​On November 9, 2025 at approximately 10:09 PM PST, shortly after the store had closed and the staff had left the main floor, I witnessed a rat inside the premises.
​The rat was visible running across the main floor.
​This sighting represents a serious public health issue that requires immediate attention from store management and regulatory bodies. I have already submitted a formal report to the local Health Department to ensure this situation is investigated.
​I hope swift and decisive action is taken to resolve this pest issue immediately.

The waiter with black hair lady, an employee of this company, turned the milk into coffee for the first time while helping me make my milk, and insisted that it was milk and it was still cold. Give me a glass of cold milk after I have repeatedly said that it is not warm milk and this is coffee. Finally, I kept asking me what kind of temperature for the third time. I felt that the service attitude of this house was very bad and made me feel very uncomfortable. Because she didn't even understand my question and didn't apologize.
