ordered through the mobile app at 1:00 PM specifically to save time before work, but I didn’t receive my order until 1:30 PM. I ended up waiting 25 minutes in-store and was very late for work. This really defeats the purpose of using the mobile app for convenience. If mobile orders aren’t prioritized or ready close to the promised time, it’s disappointing and inconvenient for customers who rely on it during busy schedules.

The staff making the drinks were friendly, but the asian guy with glasses working the cashier was very rude. He couldn’t understand my order at first, and then ended up taking it incorrectly. I come here pretty often but this is the first time I’ve had an experience like this
