Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at this location. My experience was so bad, the interaction I had with the female caucasian barista working here was very unpleasant. She has such a bad attitude. She is taller, chubby and has short hair. When I wanted to check if my online order was ready, she pretended she couldn't see me and ignored me when I asked her. I was there waiting for almost 15 mins and finally I saw my coffee was ready and I was about to take it, she yelled at me why I was doing this. I’m not allowed to do this.In front of so many people, I don't think there is anything wrong with what I did. And she made me feel very uncomfortable. My character was insulted.Overall, this location left me feeling frustrated and unlikely to return. The issue happened so many times. Hope their s wastore manager notices this problem and can improve it.

I want to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a recent incident of racist behavior that I experienced at this Starbucks locations. This morning, about 10:20am, I encountered a Caucasian woman, approximately 5’7 tall and chubby, whose discriminatory actions towards me, an Asian customer, were utterly unacceptable.I arrived at the store to pick up a phone order consisting of 15 items. Despite being the only Asian customer waiting for service, I was blatantly ignored by the staff there, with no one acknowledging my presence or providing assistance. The aforementioned Caucasian woman, who is Starbucks employee, purposefully avoided making eye contact with me, demonstrating a clear disregard for my presence and my right to prompt service. After waiting patiently for about five minutes, I attempted to inquire about the status of my order, as I was in a hurry and had not received any acknowledgment or assistance. It was at this point that the Caucasian woman finally acknowledged my existence, but instead of addressing me respectfully, she adopted a rude and dismissive attitude towards me.What further exacerbated the situation was the stark contrast in her behavior when interacting with my Caucasian colleague who arrived at the store shortly after. Suddenly, her demeanor underwent a complete 180-degree transformation, as she greeted my colleague warmly and displayed a level of courtesy and professionalism that was conspicuously absent during her interaction with me.The discriminatory treatment I experienced at this location is not only deeply hurtful but also completely unacceptable. No individual should be subjected to such disrespectful and offensive behavior based on their race or ethnicity. It is disheartening to witness such blatant racism in a public setting, especially at a reputable establishment like Starbucks.I am not the only Asian customer who has been subjected to such discriminatory treatment at this location. Similar incidents have been reported by other Asian friends and acquaintances, highlighting a concerning pattern of racial bias within your establishment. It is evident that immediate action is needed to address and rectify this unacceptable situation, particularly in a culturally diverse city like Vancouver. Failure to address these issues promptly not only tarnishes the reputation of Starbucks but also perpetuates a hostile and unwelcoming environment for customers of Asian descent. It is imperative that steps are taken to promote inclusivity, respect, and equal treatment for all customers, regardless of their race or ethnicity.

I was waiting unreasonably long for one coffee. Even though there was no one behind me in line, my coffee came out 13 min after I ordered. Just a heads up, but IMO customers have to be informed that there is a 15 drink order in front of them.

I’ve coming to this Starbucks location every now and then for the past few years and it is sad to see they don’t really care about the cleaning part of the service. For a long time I’ve seen the edge of the windows not properly clean, table and floor are sticky some times. I do understand sometimes costumers can drop a little bit of coffee or juice in the tables or floor and because is a busy location I understand the cleaning process can take a little longer but the fact that o saw a mouse in the restaurant after hours rise the question: Are they really properly cleaning the restaurant? Is it worth it coming back after a mouse was running around in the same place I came to eat and drink something?I bring the information, with a video, to the store manager and he got a little nervous but he didn’t really took me seriously enough so I feel like they won’t be taking any really action to fix the problem. You guys are playing with people health here and you should take this seriously.

During the last few months I have visited this Starbucks twice a week and for a few weeks I have seen how the quality of its cleanliness and neatness has decreased significantly in the establishment. It makes me sad because it is one of my favorite places.

This location is no longer a reserve Starbucks. What a silly choice when this is the heart of downtown Vancouver. Seattle has an actual reserve roastery location.

I had the worst experience at Starbucks I've ever had. A man with a broken hand didn't bother to check my app order receipt and insisted that he made my order correctly based on the sticker attached to the cup. He never apologized and said, "It's not my job because I didn't make it." The female barista who was actually making the drink apologized, even though it wasn't her mistake. I appreciate her, but I won't be using this Starbucks again.
