Came in today for the first time. It was filled with teenagers from a nearby high school. They were SO RUDE. Skipped others who were queuing including an old woman. I let the old woman go ahead of me and the group of 20+ teens told the barista she skipped them so the barista did not serve her? It was insanity.

I ordered a tall drink but received a short. I told the barista that I ordered a tall drink not a short and they argued with me that this is a tall even showing me the different cup sizes, but only showing short and grande sizes. When I got home I measured and it was 8oz not 12oz. Wont be going to this location again.

All the baristas were unprofessional and an order that would take 2 mins with hardly a full cafe, took them 15 mins to finish up. There were a total of 5 people in the store and three baristas in attendance and yet such a horrible experience.

I just came here and they closed the shop. It's 5:40 p.m. The reason for this is that "not enough employees" Starbucks can hire? I'm a little sad about the irresponsible behavior of this place's manager. Because I came here from downtown and if you are going to close it early, you should keep your google working hours up to date due to customer satisfaction.

OK so I normally would never review a Starbucks because we all know what coffee places are like but here’s the deal: this was my second Starbucks location today because I was waiting for my father to get out of surgery from St. Paul’s Hospital and needed to use the washroom, and I ordered a peach green tea iced tea. The three girls working today all greeted me when I came in. When I finished my iced tea, one of the girls asked me if I had a Starbucks card to which I said I did and she told me I can get free refills of iced tea which I did not know about. Not only did I get a passion fruit iced tea as a free refill, but one of the other girls offered me a free oatmeal bar. I didn’t eat anything except breakfast that day and Honestly, it was the silver lining to a really tough time to deal with as I was worried about my dad’s minor surgery.
Parking: There’s two hours free parking at the back of the facility
The manager offered my pup a puppuccino as we were passing by, 10/10 vibes

The service is friendly enough, and I'm sure they're really busy. But I only ever order an Americano and the amount of times I've been served something cold or watery is really embarrassing. I never expect much from Starbucks but this has been really disappointing. The only reason to go here is because of the location and opening hours. But now I'm just going to venture elsewhere so my money is not completely wasted
