I came here to work for a bit. Purchased a drink and when I tried to connect to their WiFi, it said “No Internet connection”. I asked if their WiFi was down, they said yes and I said there should be a sign or something. They didn’t even offer to refund my drink which I didn’t even touch.

Came in today for the first time. It was filled with teenagers from a nearby high school. They were SO RUDE. Skipped others who were queuing including an old woman. I let the old woman go ahead of me and the group of 20+ teens told the barista she skipped them so the barista did not serve her? It was insanity.

I ordered a tall drink but received a short. I told the barista that I ordered a tall drink not a short and they argued with me that this is a tall even showing me the different cup sizes, but only showing short and grande sizes. When I got home I measured and it was 8oz not 12oz. Wont be going to this location again.

All the baristas were unprofessional and an order that would take 2 mins with hardly a full cafe, took them 15 mins to finish up. There were a total of 5 people in the store and three baristas in attendance and yet such a horrible experience.

I just came here and they closed the shop. It's 5:40 p.m. The reason for this is that "not enough employees" Starbucks can hire? I'm a little sad about the irresponsible behavior of this place's manager. Because I came here from downtown and if you are going to close it early, you should keep your google working hours up to date due to customer satisfaction.
