Utterly slow service especially at the Davie st, pacific st location. I waited in my car for 20 mins after placing a mobile order for a regular coffee. And, still it wasn't ready, and the staff wasn't polite in their responses.

Today I ordered two customized cookie-crumble frapuccuino of different sizes. And a kind service guy made a very slight mistake caz for rush, however he quickly made a new one for me. He apologized so politely and handed me the wrong order for free. I really enjoyed to meet these people who makes customer feel valued. The staff was nice, drink was delicious, ambience was peaceful and floor was clean. Like it. Thank you!

I am an old customer of this Starbucks, but I just had a terrible experience. It was around 3:15PM, and I ordered a matcha latte made by a Southeast Asian-looking man. While I was waiting, I didn't understand why he looked unhappy, and the process of making it seemed very sloppy and careless. He only filled the cup halfway with the drink. But that’s okay. The most frustrating thing is that when I got into my car and started to drink it, the liquid spilled out. Then I realized he didn't put the lid on tightly, he just put it on the cup. My clothes and the car were covered in the drink, and I had to wash my clothes and the car. I don't understand why Starbucks hires such irresponsible employees. I have never been so angry before!

Definitely one of the best Starbucks locations in this city, especially being located Downtown!
There was an extra level of consideration and sincerity from my barista on top of the standard cheerful Starbucks attitude. She put my food in the oven so it can heat meanwhile proceeding to finish my order and paying. My drink was made well, exactly how I customized. The space also had a well-designed ramp that wraps around the corner of the store towards the counter to direct busy traffic away. I watched so many strollers and wheelchair use this without bumping into crowds.
