This Starbucks location is not nearly as friendly or welcoming as the one up the street on Hamilton. Whenever I have the option to pick, I would choose the one on Hamilton. That being said on DoorDash, I only have the option to choose this location And many of the items that are sold in store are not listed on door dash. I feel like this is a managerial error when setting up the DoorDash profile. Please add items to the menu on DoorDash Example, ham and cheese croissant etc

Starbucks in Yaletown near the SkyTrain is great! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, the service is quick, and the location is perfect for a coffee stop before or ater transit

This is for the first time that a Starbucks branch does such a thing.

On October 17th at 6 pm I went to ask a question both staff on shift were incredibly rude and had an attitude. After a certain sqf city by laws for the city of Vancouver require them to have one public washroom, regardless of store policy to purchase.

They didn’t process my order online. My drink was not ready after 20 mins. I approached the barista and asked when my order is going to be ready. They told me that online orders are being prepared when the in-store online are being cleared. I asked how much long I should wait and didn’t get an answer. Then, I asked them to cancel my order. They did cancel it. I left the store and called the store phone number to reach out their manager and file a complain. The supervisor answered my call and told me that I was rude although i didn’t use any bad words, i wasn’t being disrespectful.

I visited this Starbucks recently and asked for a cup of tap water. I was surprised when the barista asked if I had placed an order and said they couldn’t give water without one. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations and this is the first time I’ve encountered this policy. I understand each store may have its own rules, but it was an unexpected experience, especially since I only needed water due to wearing braces.

When I visited this store on last Saturday, it was very busy with a lot of people waiting their drinks, but I really appreciated the respectful and attentive service from barista Mitusna.

I come to this Starbucks at least 3 times a week. The person who claimed to be manager, Conroy, tried to block me
from using the washroom (regulars know the code). He was rude and threatened me with expulsion from the store. And you wonder why sales are plunging for the company?Conroy has a false sense of power as google reviews can be a great equalizer. Think twice before spending your hard earned money at this location.
