Today I ordered two customized cookie-crumble frapuccuino of different sizes. And a kind service guy made a very slight mistake caz for rush, however he quickly made a new one for me. He apologized so politely and handed me the wrong order for free. I really enjoyed to meet these people who makes customer feel valued. The staff was nice, drink was delicious, ambience was peaceful and floor was clean. Like it. Thank you!
Definitely one of the best Starbucks locations in this city, especially being located Downtown!
There was an extra level of consideration and sincerity from my barista on top of the standard cheerful Starbucks attitude. She put my food in the oven so it can heat meanwhile proceeding to finish my order and paying. My drink was made well, exactly how I customized. The space also had a well-designed ramp that wraps around the corner of the store towards the counter...

Normally, friendly staff and tasty drinks. However, I had a weird experience this time. My iced matcha latte was definitely not the same as before. You can understand in the photo what I mean. I said, “Have a good one, thank you so much”. The barista ignored me. There was no order at all.
