When I visited this store on last Saturday, it was very busy with a lot of people waiting their drinks, but I really appreciated the respectful and attentive service from barista Mitusna.
Super friendly service at a Starbucks location I’ve never been in. Dropped by for my hubby’s bday before walking to the Marinaside. First time I tried mango and dragonfruit iced drink. The staff was nice enough to stay if I don’t like it they will make me something else. I really appreciated that. I ended up loving it. It was refreshing mango unique tartness from dragonfruit like different berry taste and really quenched the thirst of a hot day 30 degrees. Better than standard...
Today I ordered two customized cookie-crumble frapuccuino of different sizes. And a kind service guy made a very slight mistake caz for rush, however he quickly made a new one for me. He apologized so politely and handed me the wrong order for free. I really enjoyed to meet these people who makes customer feel valued. The staff was nice, drink was delicious, ambience was peaceful and floor was clean. Like it. Thank you!
