I order an “Iced Vanilla Latte with Cold Salted Caramel Cream Foam” from this Starbucks almost every day. But they always do it wrong. At first I thought I didn‘t order my order clearly. But when I go to another Starbucks They did a great job and made it so delicious. Except Starbucks here There are 2 employees in total, both women. It was clear that neither of them had the potential to work at Starbucks.
They often make mistakes with my orders, like sometimes forgetting to add vanilla. Or sometimes my cold foam turns into seasonal cold foam.
A woman who would normally be a cashier suddenly becomes a barista. When the woman who normally was a barista wasn’t there. She made tmy order even worse. She makes the coffee taste terrible. And the cold bubbles taste saltier than usual, like drinking salt water. In the case that another person (barista) comes to take orders in place of another woman who is normally the cashier who is not present. She finished writing my order before I even order finished . My order was written almost entirely incorrectly. When she finished writing the order She hurriedly finished making coffee for me. I don‘t mind rushing into something if it turns out well. But it came out as bad as before. I can guarantee that if there is another Starbucks nearby, I will definitely not come to use this Starbucks service. At first I felt sorry for them and didn’t want to report it. But the fact that they have not improved and are still making mistakes to this day is unacceptable. I get annoyed every time they did the wrong order. And I have to wonder every day if they‘re going to make me the right cup of coffee today. I thought I was paying to get what I wanted. Not paying for random.

After I ordered they Would not use my reusable cup, told to rinse it in the bathroom, came back with cup rinsed and they put my drink in disposable cup laced with microplastics while using the wrong type of milk. Terrible experience.

This Starbucks is located inside the Safeway on Broadway and McDonald. It is one of the better Starbucks I have seen inside a Safeway. It has a very nice sitting area which appears to be busy every time I come to do my shopping. The food and the coffee are like any other at Starbucks everywhere. The service is good and here it is better than others. I like lattes and decaf coffee or hot chocolate. Simple drinks with no additives like some of my high maintenance friends. Because of my simple requests I often find Starbucks options a bit much but it is always a quick order for me.I recommend this Starbucks. It is a nice place to sit and have a conversation even when people around you are shopping. People don't pay much attention to you as they are busy scanning for shopping items so you don't feel crowded.

Was there at 5:30PM on October 14 and had a disappointing customer service experience. The barista had an attitude about restocking the venti lids and was unhelpful when I had too much stuff in my hands. Finally, my coffee was completely burnt. Would never come back here.

This location is brutally slow. They seem to only have one till, but won’t even try to multitask and take more than one order at a time (even when there’s 3 baristas working!) They seemed more interested in texting and chatting.

Charged $1 for extra base when it is $0.50, AND an Indian worker with glasses had horrible attitude, gave me the dirty look or something :) refreshers are light tasting even though I asked for EXTRA base. Used to come here pretty often, NOT ANYMORE. consider twice y’

Rude customer service. Charged me $1 extra because I said easy ice (I know, the policy change), I went up and asked why and the person got defensive and started quoting policy, all I asked was why didn’t you tell me what was happening? She got agitated and said can’t help it. Someone else came and said sorry. The drink itself was also watered down.

FYI to all customers: Starbucks will CHARGE for LESS ICE because they would have to add more base to it lol. So, not to be CHARGED, please order your drinks online
