What a beautiful way to start our morning. The staff here were absolutely wonderful. I’ve never seen a Starbucks so busy, yet we were greeted with warmth, patience, and genuine kindness. Thank you. It meant more than you know. For those of us here under stressful circumstances, you truly made the day easier.

Had to shout out this Starbucks because the barista in the cashier totally made my day. Kudos to Shin (I really need to remember his name)! I walked in debating what to order, and instead of rushing me, he asked what mood I was in and recommended a drink I’d never tried before. He even wrote a little smiley face and ‘hope you like it!’ on the cup—such a small thing but it really made me smile. The drink was amazing as usual, and the whole store was just as great: super clean, neatly kept, and really well decorated. The vibe is cozy without feeling crowded. Everyone there was chill and welcoming, and you can tell they actually enjoy what they do. Excellent service and excellent store overall. No wonder they are always so busy with customers, you will really wanna go back to this branch! :)

Stopped into this Starbucks today and the customer service seriously made my morning. The barista at the register noticed I looked a little tired and mentioned that they had ‘life-changing caffeine’ ready for me—then she helped me tweak my drink to make it exactly how I like it. One of the baristas saw me juggling my bags and actually brought my drink over to my table so I didn’t spill it everywhere. I gotta give this place some love, they’re super fast but still manage to be really friendly and helpful. Little stuff like that makes such a difference. Honestly, customer service here is always excellent!

My favorite Starbucks branch! The staff is super friendly, remembers my usual, and somehow keeps the vibe upbeat even when it’s busy. Drinks are consistently perfect, the store is clean, and the whole place just feels welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite locations.

The most bizarre access
The main door is locked because of security. The second door is locked because of staff only for Children’s Hospital.

I’ve been a regular customer here for the past three years, and I always get my beverages here before starting my evening shifts. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, and they always go above and beyond to help. Even when the store is busy, I never felt ignored or lost while waiting for my drinks. They always keep customers posted on their wait time, which is really appreciated. Thank you for all you do!

I'm not sure how anyone finds the vanilla cold brew drinkable. I did this with non-diary option, it was the most disgusting beverage I've had in this lifetime

I've been getting my drink here but lately the hot drink that I order has been tasting like soap or moisturizer. It's subtle but noticeable enough. I'm not sure if they're not rinsing the machine steam wands properly or someone is using scented moisturizer/hand sanitizer but this has been a constant, and the taste is very off putting.
