Workers gossiping and bragging about following people, this is not a coffee shop, service takes forever even when there is no customers

I tried to redeem a drink with my points and asked for the cold foam and inclusions in separate cups. I’ve ordered it this way multiple times at this same store. The staff didn’t seem to understand and argued with me, saying I had to pay extra because the toppings were in separate cups, told him I’ve been ordered so many times, he told me that he need to report this to manager(do it why telling me tho?)Very confusing experience.
Also, previously when I ordered food, the same staff put the Sriracha packet directly inside the food bag, which is touching the hot food. The packet had clearly been stored in a shared box and handled by many people. I’m not sure if this is even safe for food contact, it just felt very unhygienic.

If you can skip this Starbucks, please do. Customer service is awful, everything for what I come to Starbucks isn’t in this one. Tables are sticky, the floor is dirty and there’s trash from previous customers.
My interaction with the barista was a minute long and she kept on rushing me through my order, and then moving her hand’s when I was distracted opening my Starbucks app. The space is dirty and there is accumulated dirt near the corners, I couldn’t enjoy the view since the windows were full of dirt and handprints. Said that, I believe is poor training, and maybe an understaffed location, all due to the management of this Starbucks. If you want a better experience walk a couple blocks more to the location in Robson and experience a good quality service, they greet every single person crossing the entrance door, they clean the tables and clear the trash every few hours, and even clean the edges of the windows too (I usually stay long studying) and they are really nice baristas who try their best to give you a good service, they also make it a welcoming safe space for everyone! And you will notice that right away! Honestly I hope this helps management realize there is a problem that needs attention in this location and make it a nice local place to visit.

I spent all summer coming to this Starbucks during my internship and every morning all the employees were so kind and remembered my name and order! The employees are so warm and always smiling, and treating all customers so nicely. My coffee was always made super well and the workers were very kind and patient when I wanted to try new milk options! Coming here everyday was the highlight of my summer

Terrible and rude staff. Not interested in customer.
Bad coffee, they serve overtime coffee, like the timer went off but she still served it. All afternoon shift staff are grumpy including the manager .. no one smiles.. NOT STAR SKILLS !!
Certainly not the friendliedt of customer service and the coffee is stays stale for the 6 weeks I was staying close by.

I was subjected to harassment, bullying and interference from the moment I entered and sat at one of the tables after ordering. One of the white male customers kept staring at me and stalking me in a way that harrased me a lot and imitated my actions in a very cowardly, passive-aggressive, and covert bullying manner. When I left the table, he stared at me with hatred and deliberate harassment and then left with me. I have the right to safety, respect, peace and comfort without intrusion, stalking surveillance, and cowardly, covert and racist harassment. This is almost the third time I have been subjected to the same type of cowardly, covert and racist harassment and assaults in starbucks branches in Vancouver, some from staffs and some customers. Very immature and hatful ppl, I never came across strangers like these in my life.

I used to come to this Starbucks location because it’s close to my office, but I don’t think I’ll be coming in anymore. There’s one employee who on several occasions has been extremely rude and unpleasant. Today they ignored the fact that I was waiting at this cash to order for quite some time until their coworker (who is clearly very busy packing online orders) had to stop in and take my order, he was nice. This other staff member is very condescending and rude and just adds a very unpleasant vibe to the whole place.
I’ll probably pick a different Starbucks location next time .

Purchased a venti late earlier in the day, when in a bit later and I was denied to use the washroom because I didn’t purchase right in that moment. Idk about everyone else but I personally need to use the bathroom after I drink the coffee not before.
