The girl employees are rude and they don't accept the app. For fill your cup of water they charge you.

The girl who took the order and made it was so miserable,, i think she need to smile more as she is working in customer service environment, we would be fine if she treated us well,, but she was showing really bad attitude, we asked for grande to venti, so we have more room for foam, but she threw half of the foam in front of us, was really bad experience..

I got a Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher, and surprisingly it was available! The service was quick and good, the barista even paid attention to the spelling of my name and wrote it correctly. When I made a question regarding the products the barista answered quickly and correctly.

Spoiler alertā¦you wonāt be able to get your drink without ice or they r gonna charge you a dollar extra, you gotta get the ice!!!( compulsion) and if you say if thatās so compulsory, maybe I can get it on side⦠itās gonna be extra for extra cup ( still gonna charge you extra for no ice drink)ā¦canāt scan for points unless you pay with the Starbucks card! (These all are their āpoliciesssssāā¦..ridiculous!ā¦.even with the less ice the drink has tons of ice

Almost every time missing a drink or food item, even if it's something new, really rarely getting my name written correctly (spelling it every time), today food item I ordered, I was able to get only after scandal and 10 minutes delay, people after me were getting their food earlier than me. Workers should be more attentive to orders, it's not fine

Deepa genuinely cares about customers, which I havenāt noticed from some of the other employees here. She has great attention to detail, listens to customers, and makes an effort to ensure they feel heard. Sheās very personable and truly likable!

Horrible customer service. Today, I visited around 2pm to grab my drink. The cashier who helped me was absolutely rude and made me feel horrible. After taking my order the person was just whispering to their colleagues and it was such an unpleasant experience. Hope this message gets through and gets communicated.

This Starbucks is terrible, every morning they are missing countless items, coffees taste horrible, they donāt let you redeem stars from the app, just save your time and money and go to Timās.

I'm a student in Langara College and go to Starbucks several times a week. In the last 10 days, whenever I asked for a Mocha, they said āsorryā!. How come they don't offer a popular drink for ten days?!?!
