They need to change their hours to reflect the reality of the time that they close. They state that they're open until 4pm today and still have their signs out. But the doors are closed signaling that they are closed. Please change your hours to reflect the real time that you close. Is it 3pm rather than 4pm?

The absolute worst. Whoever hired these people needs to be gone too. Can’t understand the most BASIC English or make a drink right and they even charge me more than usual. Doing a great job ripping off students here.

Their customer service was so awful... I have never experienced this poor services in Starbucks..surprisingly..she seems she is a supervisor level who treated me so bad. Even taste of coffee was strange and I told about that. They just talked about my order in their language...Thanks guys making me unhappy??

Not a good Starbucks location if you’re looking to use your app for stars or Starbucks gift cards. The machines have been “broken” for nearly a year and nothing has been fixed. They also ran out of cookies they were promoting. Feels like they’re trying to exploit students.

This must be the slowest location on the planet. I’m not sure if these folks are even trained before they’re thrown into things. They do their best, but the location is grossly inadequate for the amount of people lined up at all hours of the day.

Student staff need to be more professional.Sometimes you don't get your order even after 25 min , that's too much waiting time for coffee

With out fail there will be 3+ people behind the counter yet only 1 person actually serving and making drinks, expect to spend an insane amount of time just waiting to order. For a on campus coffee shop you'd think they'd have so respect for the fact that their customers have to get to classes, and can't afford to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. Drink quality is also pretty hit or miss
