Starbucks is my favorite place in the world and this is the best Starbucks in the world.
I've been going there daily for about two and a half years whenever I'm in Vancouver.
What makes it so great is the staff. First of all, everybody who works there looks like a model. But moreso, the service is just impeccable! In particular, the manager, Trish, is amazing. This morning, Christmas day, when I went in she actually gave me a Christmas present with a personalized card. And the other staff, Taka, Anri, Hanna, Honoka, Jaily, Manpreet, Leo, Joy, Soiri, Henny, and William always go out of their way to make me feel not only welcome, but that they're truly happy to see me.
As much as I hate being in Vancouver (and Canada), the wonderful people at this Starbucks make being here almost tolerable. If you ever find yourself in Vancouver you absolutely MUST stop in here!

It’s been a while since I had Starbucks but almost offensive to see 2 tip options come up upon payment of 20% or 25% . Good grief, prices are already up 30-35%.
Might have let it go had my sausage egg sandwich not been cold in the middle.

Been to this location for 3 days straight. All employees are friendly. My order is always right and it comes out fast. The other customers are friendly too. Good people come here and a kind person gave me directions since I'm just visiting.

Our go to place whenever we treat our team for Refreshments. Shout out to Sumin for being so nice, shes a lovely person, always smiling and having the postive aura despite knowing that I will have bulk orders. Lol

Disappointed that this Starbucks location differentiates between first responders, giving discounts to some emergency services but not others. They went so far as to take away the 'Police discount' that I was given because they realized, after taking my order, that my uniform was a different emergency service.
This Starbucks must be one of the best locale where I have visited so far. The location is easily accessible, and everyone is friendly:) Definitely recommend here to sit back and relax with some beverages and sweets for sure☕

This Starbucks location has been my neighborhood go-to for years, and it has an incredible vibe. The manager Alex and his warm, friendly staff (especially Taka and Trish) make this place feel like a second home.

Starbucks sucks now that they’ve decided to disenfranchise lactose intolerant customers! Didn’t even mind the up-charge for it. Now I can’t even pay them to tolerate the mediocre coffee with the right type of milk. Boo
