I purchased a discovery series mug on Wednesday evening from this Starbucks while visiting Vancouver and requested for the been there series when told there was no been there series been made anymore. I went back to the store on Friday morning and seen there was been there series so I bought my unused mug back to the store to swap when Manager Trish there would deny the exchange. Really terrible service considering the mug was brand new still in the box I’m visiting from Australia 🇦🇺 very poor service.

I agree with one of the other reviews. This SB is designed for quick service and it's convenient for those in the hotel or the hospital. 4 stars for the food....more vegan options and organic coffee would be an earth shattering move on their part.

This one is on the smaller tower and has a nice view in the mornings. Pleasant staff. Good service. Location is fantastic and great for people watching.

This is literally the fastest Starbucks ive been to that holds their quality aswell I have never had a 5 min Starbucks total wait in line and to get my coffee before WOW!! This crew is killing it!!

Easy to order, service was great! Just grabbed a couple of coffees, but the staff looked happy and treated the customers very well.
This Starbucks coffee location seems to focus on quick business decisions and the quick greeting is seemingly intended for the company and not the person at the counter…very nice environment, especially the outside patio area..

Too many good coffee shops in the area to bother with this one... coffee weak.. no option to add your own milk etc... and average food underwhelming, wasn't worth the calories, external terrace was dirty.

In this location, you can't order in advance. You cannot use your gift card from Starbucks. You cannot exchange your free birthday drink. It's a beautiful location, and the baristas are very kind but it's a bit inconvenient for these reasons.

It’s a beautiful location! But they are not the regular Starbucks store. They don’t have cups for dining in, they don’t redeem points or birthday deals, you can’t order in advance through the app, they close too early…It seems that is because they are in the hotel, so I don’t think I’ll be back.

This Starbucks is located next to Sheraton Hotel, its service is very fast and friendly. The environment is great. Everything is running good as a Starbuck quality and best.
