I just got off from work and stopped by to get a small coffee. Last time I checked on Google Maps, they close at 9pm. I got there at 8:30pm and they already closed both doors.

Two of the staff saw us waiting outside and even had the audacity to ignore us like we were just ghosts!! I find it extremely rude and disrespectful. How difficult is it to simply say “Sorry, we are closed.”

I’m never buying anything from this location again. Poor customer service and unaccommodating. 👎🏻

Staff was extremely rude denied me and my sister of water when we clearly looked thirsty and tired. We literally only asked for water and was denied. NO OTHER STARBUCKS I have ever done this before. RIDICULOUS!

Agree with other review. This Starbucks doesn’t make drinks as well. Further to that, after I paid $7 for a vente oat milk latte. I was told to get back in line to ORDER a cup of water. I’ve been going to Starbucks my whole life and this is the first time I was ever told to GET IN LINE to ORDER WATER. Less than par attitude from the masked Japanese woman. 8:30 AM July 2nd.

I have nothing against this store. Corporate Starbucks has decided to discontinue lactose free milk. I come to Starbucks almost exclusively because of the availability. I guess I’ll have to go to other coffee chains exclusively now that there isn’t a reason. (The coffee isn’t the best let’s be honest) disappointing! Wish I could get a refund for the $50 left of my Starbucks app!

Avoid this location if you can. It has very bad management. They don’t take care of the customers ordering drinks or food in store…mobile orders are their first priority. I waited in their coffee shop for almost 10 min last week on April 3!! And this was at 650 am before my shift start at St Paul’s Hospital. Was ignored and when I dared to ask when my drink will be ready I was told that mobile orders are first!! The supervisor on shift came and told me he can give me a refund if I don’t like their process. I was actually expecting to offer me the drink for free considering the long wait but nope.
