Lovely baristas and super-friendly. I would totally recommend for a pleasant experience compared to other coffee chains. Prepared my drink perfectly by following all the instructions.

Ordered a drink and received half cold foam instead when I politely asked for a remake I was told no and that’s actually the standard I then had to ask again and was told when the drink was handed off to me that I was wrong about what I ordered. I worked at Starbucks for two years I know how to make a drink with cold foam and what I received was not it and I didn’t receive the topping the drink came with initially at all either. All staff were very rude to me.

At first, I thought the staff member was nice, so I tipped her. However, after I paid, she became indifferent, and even got my name wrong despite the fact that I spelled it out for her. It’s quite impressive that she managed to still type in the wrong name. If this is how it is, may I have my tip back, please? I feel that your attitude is both unprofessional and poor.
-update- The Asian staff here have a really poor attitude. Are they from China? Hong Kong? This kind of attitude probably comes from Chinese or Hong Kong people, right? Please don’t bring your local customs to Vancouver, okay?

Took advantage of their $3 iced coffee promo. Or should I say got taken advantage of? Literally finished within the block I bought it on. Maybe 5/6oz coffee and a ridiculous amount of ice. Brutal.

Nice Gravy
So today I'm walking to Starbucks and notice a crack head smoking up behind a van, after I grab my drink I ordered online, im outside the Starbucks and notice that same crack head grabbing someone's drinks , and being suspicious with the drink before taking it and stepping back ,probably waiting for an opportunity to take more pre ordered food or drinks, it's very clear this person is a drug addict and homeless, yet none of the 3 workers said anything, being cowards and not confronting this person who is contaminating others food/drinks, knowing full well there's homeless and drug addicts all around the store. I highly recommend a clear border so no random person can grab the food or drinks, they need to ask for it by name, and it should be like that at every Starbucks to give customers peace of mind their food wasn't tampered with. They deserve a 0 star for being in business so long and allowing this poor behavior to continue.
