I visited this store today, Dec 29, 2025, around 5pm, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with a female staff member wearing glasses.
She did not greet me at all and did not properly listen to my order, to the point where she had to ask me again what I had ordered. Throughout the interaction, she made me feel as if I was being treated as an inconvenience. At the end, when I asked for a sleeve, she threw it toward me instead of handing it to me.
As someone who truly loves Starbucks and values the experience it usually provides, I sincerely hope that behavior like this does not ruin what this space stands for.

We stopped by for a quick snack and were truly impressed at how great the staff were! The store manager Sajjad was exceptional at ensuing we had a great experience. His team were also great at making us feel welcome and valued! Watched several customers being served in a timely, friendly yet professional manner. Everyone at the cafe were having a very enjoyable time! This is one of the best Starbucks we have visited in Vancouver and beyond! Thank you!

I’ve been to Starbucks locations all across the country and have never encountered a barista as rude as the one I dealt with yesterday. The employee, who is a round built man with glasses (possibly named Darren), was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. His tone was condescending, and his attitude was completely out of pocket. I expect basic courtesy and respect as a customer. I hope management addresses this behavior and reminds him to keep his negative energy away for himself.

The staff here are truly exceptional, making this my favorite Starbucks location even though I have three closer to home. They are tremendously welcoming and always seem to make time to greet customers, giving the whole place a cozy, neighborhood vibe. A special mention is absolutely deserved for Lindsay! I think he sees me park my bike outside when I arrive and has my drink ready when I come in. And he's always happy and positive (I hope he gets promoted to management if that's his goal). It's that kind of personalized, warm service that keeps me coming back!

I ordered a dirty chai that ended up costing me $8. When I took my first sip my drink tasted purely of warm water with maybe a drop of espresso. no chai taste whatsoever. If i have to spend $8 for a simple drink i expect it to be delicious. On the other hand the staff were very friendly, i am just insanely disappointed with how my drink turned out. do better!
My order here today is a mess. I asked for vanilla iced oat latte and they remade it there times, because the girl who took my order simply write down vanilla latte and the other girl who made it got it wrong 3 times! My time got wasted and the coffee was bad, this shit ruined my day.
