Baristas were good, drinks were fine, but wow were they blasting the music. It was like a night club, and the music got louder the closer to closing time it got. I understand they want to turn over seats and blasting the music makes it an uncomfortable place to stay, but I've been in McDonald's with better ambiance. Hope their new CEO brings back the glory days of Starbucks when they were actually a nice place to visit.

Ordered an OAT Carmel macchiato. I asked for salty Carmel topping which used to be a thing. I was charged for Carmel which already comes on the latte and given regular milk. They would not give me oat milk even though I had paid for it. So I lost 7.90 for poor customer service. Super annoying and unsatisfactory customer service

I don't drink coffee or any of the lattes. But when I need to find a quiet place to work or write I usually head to a Starbucks and grab a black chai. My experience has universally been a pleasure. Friendly staff who are always willing to refill my tea with more hot water, and they always do it with a smile. Keep doing what you guys do! Thank you all for the great experience 🙏🏽

Came in at 8pm and saw that all of the chairs that were not in use (most of them) had been flipped upside down and placed on top of the tables already, despite them not closing until 9:30pm. I put the chairs in front of me down so that I wouldn't have chairs blocking my sight, and so that I would have space to work. A barista with the name tag Farzona or something like that came and put all of them back onto the table that I was working at and started mopping around me. First of all, I used to work at Starbucks, this is an opening or closing task, not something you do while you have customers in the café. What about all of the spots that wont be mopped where customers are sitting? Will they be left dirty until the next day? This is also a huge slip hazard for incoming customers, and there was no wet floor sign. I saw customers walk in and walk out because they thought that the location was about to close. This is no way to welcome your customers, by having them flip their chairs upside down so they can sit and drink their coffee with other chairs surrounding them on top of the table that they're sitting at. Additionally, they had thrown everything out of the pastry case prior to 8pm. Really lazy and awful service with them trying to get ahead of their closing tasks. I've never seen anything like this from all the stores I've worked at. The music was also blasting!

With posted closing time at 9:30, they started to mop the floor with a lot of soapy water and place chairs on tables way before 9pm when the store was still about 1/3 full with customers. They seemed to treat their customers as drag that delay their finishing the shift. Not impressed.

It’s for a birthday drink order today. I had 20 minutes to pick up the Matcha latte, buy a gift then go to work. We had trouble with the rewards program. The staff helped us was patient, friendly and kind. The birthday boy loved this drink! Highly recommended! I realize my mistake with the App when I got home. Thanks for saving the day!
