My order here today is a mess. I asked for vanilla iced oat latte and they remade it there times, because the girl who took my order simply write down vanilla latte and the other girl who made it got it wrong 3 times! My time got wasted and the coffee was bad, this shit ruined my day.

Very rude barista, I just asked for some extra room for cream after my coffee was served he told me to tell such things beforehand. Then I saw they were out of cream he told me to go and fetch the cream flask from the counter, I don’t work there not sure why I should do that. I was surprised he just ridiculed me then he angrily pushed the cream container at me. I expressed my displeasure and he just got more and more aggressive. Very disappointed

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the quality and service I received at your Robson & Richards location, particularly regarding the Iced Oat Latte I’ve ordered on two separate occasions.
To be frank, the drink tasted awful — almost as if I were drinking a Flat White. It was extremely pale, almost entirely white, with barely any hint of coffee. I’ve been regularly ordering Iced Oat Lattes for nearly two years, and I know very well that its usual appearance leans more towards a rich coffee tone. The ones I received recently were completely off, both in taste and appearance.
Today (june 26th) , around 1:40 PM, I politely asked the barista at this location if she could add a bit more coffee to balance it out. I didn’t even intend to complain — I simply hoped to enjoy the drink I was familiar with. However, I was told I’d have to pay extra for the adjustment. I’m not sure if this is an actual Starbucks policy, but I found it quite upsetting to be told to pay more for fixing what already felt like a poorly made beverage. To make matters worse, the drink caused a harsh reaction in my body, leading me to doubt if it was even made with oat milk as requested.
I’m attaching a photo of the drink to show just how unusually white it was. It did not resemble a typical Iced Oat Latte in any way.
I’m genuinely disappointed — enough to reconsider whether I will continue purchasing from Starbucks. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider addressing this issue before more loyal customers feel compelled to walk away.

I have been to many starbucks before, the old lady named jennie is too rude with every customer. My friend and I had a very bad and rude experience from her side while dealing. It was so disrespectful from her side with each and every customer. I usually don't give a bad review, but this time I couldn't hold myself back. The owner needs to intervene.
