Baristas were good, drinks were fine, but wow were they blasting the music. It was like a night club, and the music got louder the closer to closing time it got. I understand they want to turn over seats and blasting the music makes it an uncomfortable place to stay, but I've been in McDonald's with better ambiance. Hope their new CEO brings back the glory days of Starbucks when they were actually a nice place to visit.
I don't drink coffee or any of the lattes. But when I need to find a quiet place to work or write I usually head to a Starbucks and grab a black chai. My experience has universally been a pleasure. Friendly staff who are always willing to refill my tea with more hot water, and they always do it with a smile.

It’s for a birthday drink order today. I had 20 minutes to pick up the Matcha latte, buy a gift then go to work. We had trouble with the rewards program. The staff helped us was patient, friendly and kind. The birthday boy loved this drink! Highly recommended! I realize my mistake with the App when I got home. Thanks for saving the day!
