Ann should be fired for the tone she uses!

I just came here this morning because I have an appointment at VGH. The cashier this morning was honestly one of the best cashiers at a Starbucks I’ve ever interacted with. Super positive, friendly, talkative. He deserves a promotion. Especially at this location at the hospital, I think it’s even more important your first interaction is as positive as can be. Well done! Also my Bacon Sausage Wrap was good too.

The customer service name Ann she was not nice. I ordered 1 matcha Frap and 1 Danish, on system said orders ready but there was 1 matcha missed. I asked where was my drink, she didn’t answer, came to serve another customer then she asked my name but didn’t check again she served another customer and asked my name again, kept repeating so many times. She couldn’t remember and kept serving other clients over me while I were there asked her firstly. I was upset but I didn’t said anything bad to her. After she gave me the drink she said “u have to be nice to me”. How come she didn’t said sorry to me-customer? She should be nice to customer firstly? U can check the surveillance to see how it was. I’ve been always ordered from here but never experienced that attitude from your customer service.

Nice location but it’s under staff to handle the traffic. One or two more people would help the hard working staff. Very friendly staff, clean location, small menu but nice place across from hospital.

Not pleased with the service; the staff was unhelpful and the wait was too long.

The staff here are so friendly and work so hard. We really appreciate them, their efficiency and kindness. Keep up the great work!Be aware there is no dine in space available

Great coffee but this place gets pretty busy with mobile orders and hospital workers/staff. Convenient location and friendly staff though!

We have ordered in person and on the app at this location and 4 out of 5 times they mess up the order! My daughter in laws order except for once has been wrong. Today I waited over 10 minutes wondering where the rest of my order was. I had 2 out of 3 items and watched as others were being served. I was thinking they might be waiting on something to brew. So I finally asked where # 1 of 3 was!? They had simply neglected making it! So served others while not checking a previous order was complete! And they didn’t even make it properly ?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️ I am so done with this store…This store needs to seriously clean up its act!

This Starbucks is my happy place! I am always greeted by name and the staff are cheerful and friendly no matter the day, the weather, whatever is going on in the world. I can't comment on the food but I do love the dark coffee! Thanks everyone for being a nice start to my day (and mid day haha)
