I wish can give zero star. Worst falafel wrap and weird protein matcha. I love starbucks!! but tbh this is the most dirty starbucks i have ever seen. Smells weird can’t finish the drink while sitting there.

Hi, i wanted to share my today’s experience which wasn’t great as i ordered tall pink drink and there was bug inside. I had already left marine drive and had no time to get back there. I don’t feel comfortable ordering here again.

I ordered a juice which was over 6 dollars and ended up getting a cup of ice with juice barely covering the bottom of the cup. Felt like a robbery. And like some reviews said, no smiles. A guy just slammed the cup on the counter. He looked like he wanted to drive away all customers with hostility.

I would say that the staffs in this store are not very friendly. For many times, I didn’t see that they smile to the customers when customers picked up orders and said thank you. I once ordered a brown sugar oat americano, and they didn’t add brown sugar syrup at all… not recommended.

I’m a Starbucks patron but I came in today not wanting anything else but to kindly ask the barista to refill my reusable water bottle. It’s normally not a problem at all. However this particular barista had told me that the water (tap water!) is only for customers.

I really didn’t want anything and didn’t feel like it was very nice to have to buy something just so I can be extended basic decency — which is really just tap water.

Walked out because who has the time to argue with that barista. I just hope it made such a positive and significant difference to withhold drinking water knowing that someone went up to ask you for some! hopefully when you’re in my shoes, more kindness will be extended to you lol (mind you my water bottle is not even 100 ml!) (I can attach a photo of said water bottle!)

Anyway, this wasn’t nice. Absolutely did not feel nice about this hence the lengthy review. It’s just tap water. I didn’t even ask for a cup. I had my own bottle. It’s so off brand for Starbucks to extend service like this. I know this shortcoming is not on Starbucks as an establishment but rather just that barista who was just being a difficult and unkind human being.

Thought I’d just make this incident known tho. It’s so off brand for Starbucks. Maybe explicitly tell your baristas to be decent human beings or kind at the very least.

Love Starbucks love most baristas but this was one just not a human being. Lol
