I don’t like the employee Jasmine and a couple more people there very rude and I’d say get a life just because u don’t like your job doesn’t mean you should show people your frustration. And try being a nice human being regardless of what your job is

Had amazing service from Zoey (who I believe is the manager) today. She has incredible interpersonal skills and she really understands how to treat a customer! Her other staff was lovely as well; everyone took the care and time to ensure that my order was exactly what I wanted (ie. extra cinnamon in both my latte and oatmeal! Yum!) I was duly impressed and walked out with a smile on my face. Thank you to Zoey and her amazing staff! A well-deserved 5 stars!⚘🤗

The staff here are very friendly. There is some misunderstanding when I ordered today, but the staff kindly replaced the drink for me even though it is very busy today. Thanks. It’s so sweet (and the holiday drink as well🤣…I will remember to reduce sugar next time lol).

As a regular at this location for years, I’ve never had any issues. However, with today’s visit I’m disappointed with the customer service by the Caucasian girl with the blue hair. She was extremely rude and condescending when I placed my order.

Went to Starbucks this morning. The barista offered to remake my drink when I asked for ice, then later got upset and said they wouldn’t do it unless I gave back the old cup — even though they were the one who told me I could keep it. Very rude and confusing attitude.

Abysmal service
The Barista (Robyn)- was so rude, I was asking about the cream. She didn't even answer, just pointed to where the milk and cream were supposed to be. There was milk, but no cream.
They asked for my name but she didn't even call me when the coffee was ready, it was standing there for no reason.
I can't say one positive thing about the service and coffee.
Just the atmosphere was ok.
The barista was rude to the lady standing beside me as well.
Avoid this location.

These people work so hard and I appreciate everything they do.
The staff made my day today. I see them all the time and made some baked goods for them to share. They all thanked me and wrote wonderful messages on my cup. I LOVE the messages.
I am so thankful to the team and management. You are all so great!! 💜🩷👍

The South Asian man working the afternoon shift on September 1st did not know how to make an iced espresso. I ordered a regular size but only received half a cup. I explained how it should be made, but he refused to remake it and instead gave me a small cup to make it appear full. This was disappointing and unprofessional. I’m so sad Starbucks in Canada becomes Tim Horton now.

Second time at this location and both times the service was very slow. Went in on a Thursday at 7:45pm and it was not very busy. They were taking along time for the one person in the line so I did a mobile order…10 minutes later I asked if they had my drink and they said I was next…8 minutes later I left with no drink. Three employees with one doing cash and the drinks?

***Update***went back a week later and the one lady remembered me and said I left my drink and I told them I had to go and they gave me a gift card for 4.00 to replace it. So I have adjusted the eating m.
