These people work so hard and I appreciate everything they do.
The staff made my day today. I see them all the time and made some baked goods for them to share. They all thanked me and wrote wonderful messages on my cup. I LOVE the messages.

The South Asian man working the afternoon shift on September 1st did not know how to make an iced espresso. I ordered a regular size but only received half a cup. I explained how it should be made, but he refused to remake it and instead gave me a small cup to make it appear full. This was disappointing and unprofessional. I’m so sad Starbucks in Canada becomes Tim Horton now.

Second time at this location and both times the service was very slow. Went in on a Thursday at 7:45pm and it was not very busy. They were taking along time for the one person in the line so I did a mobile order…10 minutes later I asked if they had my drink and they said I was next…8 minutes later I left with no drink. Three employees with one doing cash and the drinks?

***Update***went back a week later and the one lady remembered me and said I left my drink and I told them I had to go and they gave me a gift card for 4.00 to replace it. So I have adjusted the eating m.

I was greeted warmly by a male barista wearing glasses and possibly of South Asian descent. He saw me go up to the counter and immediately stopped what he was doing and took my order with a smile. When the drink I wanted wasn’t available, he made me a drink that was close enough to it that it almost tasted identical. Such great service!

ā€This was one of the most disappointing Starbucks experiences I’ve had. As someone who has worked at Starbucks before, I know the company’s mission is all about connection and inclusion — but this store didn’t reflect that at all.

The staff were generally unfriendly, and there was a noticeable difference in how they treated customers. A female partner with gold-tinted hair was warm and welcoming to the customer before me, but her attitude shifted completely when it was our turn. It felt like we were being treated differently, possibly based on race or appearance, which was really upsetting.

The barista with blonde streaks in the front of her hair was particularly cold. She smiled and greeted Western customers, but to us, she just called out the name with no greeting or acknowledgment. I even smiled at her, but she remained expressionless and dismissive.

I left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I really don’t see myself returning to this location.ā€œ

Robyn server is always rude, I live next door to this starbucks so I come frequently, at least 5 times she have attend us with a rude attitude and rude facial expressions, the first 2 times maybe she was not in mood but every single time it’s not tolerable anymore.
Serving is a job where you have to deal with people, and people usually just want a coffee, not get mistreated. If you are going to be rude all the time you might need to change your job.

the girl with the butterfly tattoo on her forearm and brown hair with blonde ends is absolutely awful. i’m not sure what i did to upset her? first i saw a girl in front of me come in to drop of a resume and she was super rude and dismissive to her, once i came up to order she literally kept walking away as i was mid order!!! like what!! she walked away 4 times im not even joking. i’m not one to ever leave a review but it was such a bad vibe and i would literally never come back to this starbucks :/

Sometimes the wait is forever even tho it’s not busy, because of the employee. She seems SO bored and as if she’s there without her will.
But there’s the one employee, ZOE, she is the best šŸ’Æ
Also the jazz music playing is so relaxing 😌

I visited yesterday for a latte, and I must say the customer service was terrible. But the worst part was the coffee itself— it tasted awful. It didn't even taste like coffee, more like water. If you're looking for a good cup of coffee, I RECOMMEND heading to Liberte CafĆ©, just two blocks away at 3670 Vaness Ave.

This Monday morning September 2 , I went to Starbucks 3665 Kingsway to drink coffee, I often drink here. I really like this shop, but today I have to report, I had a terrible morning coffee .A blonde employee, she looks fat and white, I asked her for a straw, she threw the straw on the table and showed her annoyance with me then turned away without saying a word. I feel disrespected and looked down upon, if you don't like doing that job then you can quit. Don't affect others.

Supervisor here is nice. Blonde woman actually went to the bathroom when she saw me standing there. She didn't want to help me because I told her she spelled my name wrong (I even enunciated the letters)
