Have not been to Starbucks much lately, but happened to need a quick pick me up drink while back in Vancouver today & was so grateful for Phoebe and her excellent service!
She talked me through which drinks to order (since it'd been awhile that I've visited a store), and ensured I enjoyed my drink before I left the store!!!
It made me want to visit Starbucks more often again if I always get such exceptional service!!! ☺️

I dropped by to pick up my birthday drink and I was not given an option of sizing, I was given a medium size when I could have gotten a bigger size and the cup had no happy birthday or my name on it. To my regret this is the worst Starbucks bday drink I got for the last 24 years I’ve been a Starbucks veteran. I should have gone to another branch where there is a real customer service, I’ll not go to this branch anymore, I’m very disappointed.
This business is stagnant. Time for some changes to that are innovative
Parking: No over weight vehicles as this is concrete parkade over other stores. Handy location on the way into the city

Was treated to exceptional service by the staff here; namely Jenn and Ella! While just the two of them were zooming around dilligently fulfilling orders for others, they were both taking time to jovially answer all of my, and other customers' queries. I asked about the flavour profile, and caffeine content of a number of drinks. Both of them not only took the time to answer these queries most thoroughly, but their conscientiousness went even further. They offered their recommendations based on their extensive experiences with the various product combinations available. I was left not only informed but also further excited to try their friendly / expert suggestions on my next visit! I've been visiting coffee shops like this for 15 years, and I've never encountered such considerable service. Excellent work, team.

I met jenn an employee there at the grandview location she was doing a great job very personable and helpful i hope the manager sees this ! Jenn is definitely a huge asset to this location and the only one who has stood out to me as being a natural at her position there! Thanks jenn for the help!

Absolutely the best care and attention to a sizable coffee order. On July 4th at 6:00 pm the two employees had to bustle to make it happen. Please promote them! Best service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll be happy to order again!
