Hot chai
Everything is great here đ. We shopping a lot and love this store every much for many years. However, recently we asked a cup of water and ready to pay for the cup fee,the service man only kept to ask if we bought anything and refused to serve us a cup of water. This never happened before. We felt confused if the policy was changed or only the new staff behaved. Thanks.

It's Starbucks, and this one is as good as any other. But since the remodel, there is very limited seating, and half of the seats are taken by people who finished their drink over an hour ago. I love Starbucks, but this one doesn't inspire me to drop in. For what it's worth, the staff here are always excellent.

The people look unhappy here lately. Vibe is gone. I waited for my drink for 15 minutes. The service and wait times drastically plummeted.

Tina the store manager deserves a raise. Tina went the extra mile to ensure I got the product I wanted. She took down my name and number and reached out when it was back in stock.

This used to be such a friendly neighbourhood starbucks. I hate how they took away all the seating. There's literally 2 chairs inside its ridiculous

This location used to be so cute and inviting before the renovation. Now there is limited seating and the place feels very cold. I really miss the way it was before. I noticed way less people going to this location now.

Absolutely terrible service. The barista, Sahel, rolled her eyes at me, turned her back while I was speaking, mumbled under her breath in front of other customers, and was slamming and throwing things around loudly. I tried to explain that the portions were smaller than usual, but she insisted, âItâs our standard to make it like that.â When I tried showing her a picture for comparison, she replied, âYou guys wonât understand anyways,â then mumbled, âYou just want more quantity instead.â Completely unprofessional and downright rude. A follow up from management should be required!

Worst service Iâve ever had. The barista, Sahel, was flat-out rude and acted like serving customers was a burden. On top of that, the portions were noticeably smaller than what you normally get here felt like I was being shortchanged. Zero manners, zero professionalism. If you canât be polite to customers and serve the proper amount, you shouldnât be working in customer service. Absolutely unacceptable I wonât be coming back.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the female staff on August 1st around 4 PM. I asked a question and she looked at me like I was bothering her â annoyed face, cold attitude, and a dismissive tone. She made zero effort to help and clearly didnât want to deal with me. I wasnât being rude or difficult. Iâve never felt so unwelcome in a Starbucks before. If you hate dealing with customers, maybe youâre in the wrong job.

Took a long time to get my pre-order drink and when I asked for an iced water the Asian lady was rude and asked me to order it in front cashier.
