This used to be such a friendly neighbourhood starbucks. I hate how they took away all the seating. There's literally 2 chairs inside its ridiculous
It's Starbucks, what can I say? Nothing special that's for sure. Even the service used to be good but it's definitely taken a nosedive

This location used to be so cute and inviting before the renovation. Now there is limited seating and the place feels very cold. I really miss the way it was before. I noticed way less people going to this location now.

Absolutely terrible service. The barista, Sahel, rolled her eyes at me, turned her back while I was speaking, mumbled under her breath in front of other customers, and was slamming and throwing things around loudly. I tried to explain that the portions were smaller than usual, but she insisted, “It’s our standard to make it like that.” When I tried showing her a picture for comparison, she replied, “You guys won’t understand anyways,” then mumbled, “You just want more quantity instead.” Completely unprofessional and downright rude. A follow up from management should be required!

Worst service I’ve ever had. The barista, Sahel, was flat-out rude and acted like serving customers was a burden. On top of that, the portions were noticeably smaller than what you normally get here felt like I was being shortchanged. Zero manners, zero professionalism. If you can’t be polite to customers and serve the proper amount, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. Absolutely unacceptable I won’t be coming back.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the female staff on August 1st around 4 PM. I asked a question and she looked at me like I was bothering her — annoyed face, cold attitude, and a dismissive tone. She made zero effort to help and clearly didn’t want to deal with me. I wasn’t being rude or difficult. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a Starbucks before. If you hate dealing with customers, maybe you’re in the wrong job.
The water tastes really good!! The best water I’ve ever had in my life! Even put a smiley face!

I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha through Uber Eats, but what I received was just a White Mocha without whipped cream. I double-checked my order, and it was placed correctly — the mistake was clearly on the store’s side.
This isn’t the first time this has happened, and it’s very frustrating. It wasn’t even a custom drink — just a standard menu item. I think the staff needs better training to ensure accuracy with orders.

I'm a regular coming to this Starbucks ,the staff are like family very friendly and helpful, but they renovated this location and pretty sad they only have 5 seats now ,and the seats are uncomfortable and no tables with it.Dont understand why they would do this,only I guess for take out .It's beautiful now ,happy for the staff great work area for them.But come on Starbucks why ,.poor customers can't really sit and enjoy the coffee there with some friends. Big boss of Starbucks do better .

Buy $7 coffee and get out! No sitting area. 5 chairs available. Is this a joke? When you ask manager if they will have more seats they say NO, this is our full capacity. How come Starbucks at Market Crossing and Killarney mall have more sitting?
