Everything is great here 👍. We shopping a lot and love this store every much for many years. However, recently we asked a cup of water and ready to pay for the cup fee,the service man only kept to ask if we bought anything and refused to serve us a cup of water. This never happened before. We felt confused if the policy was changed or only the new staff behaved. Thanks.

It's Starbucks, and this one is as good as any other. But since the remodel, there is very limited seating, and half of the seats are taken by people who finished their drink over an hour ago. I love Starbucks, but this one doesn't inspire me to drop in. For what it's worth, the staff here are always excellent.
