The Starbucks location on 49th Ave has staff who do an excellent job handling the high volume of customers. While some food items may have issues, such as a passion fruit drink served with too much foam, the staff, particularly Anya, are commended for their hospitality and attentiveness to customers' needs. The atmosphere is consistently busy, but the warm and welcoming service from the staff, who are described as shining sunshine, make customers feel at home. It is suggested that the staff who prepared the drink be aware of the different sizes. Overall, the service, especially Anya's, is highly praised and deserving of 5 stars.
