What a badly run Starbucks, if I preorder a drink 15 minutes before I show up and there’s a 4-6 minute wait, I expect my drinks to be ready, not my sandwich ice cold sitting for 15 minutes and no drinks made, then you proceed to make 4 other people’s orders in front of me while you knew I was already running behind because of YOU, do yourselves a favor and order from victoria and 41st

Purchased 1 short oat milk latte. Received just steamed oat milk, despite tipping at purchase. Explained the problem. Barista poured out steamed oat milk and the double cup (total waste) instead of just pouring a shot of espresso in. Then proceeeded to make other customers drinks until I said it wasn’t fair to put me back at the end of his line. He then used another double cup and lid, even though I was holding the lid from the first drink to save plastic.

Terrible customer service but also not a care in the world about the environment/food waste

I’m a regular customer at this Starbucks and come here almost every day, spending around $20 each visit. Today, I had a very disappointing experience.

I ordered my drink through the app, as I always do, and went to get a refill. The coordinator here, The coordinator, came up to me in front of other customers and showed me a printed paper, saying that refills are only allowed if I’m physically in-store. The way she handled it was completely unprofessional and humiliating — she made sure everyone could see what was happening instead of speaking to me privately.

I’ve been coming here consistently and never had any issue with refills before. I wasn’t asking for anything free or unreasonable — just the same refill I always get as a loyal customer.

I hope Starbucks management reviews this situation and trains their staff to treat regular customers with respect and handle these matters with discretion and professionalism. No one deserves to be embarrassed in public like that.

Perfect study place and not too crowded. Staff are so sweet and kind. Food is good and if you are dinning in you can get glass plates and cups. Total recommend checking out
