5 stars for friendly staffs!

Lots of seating and friendly staff at this Starbucks. Just wished they cleaned the tables down more regularly.

Ordered a grande mocha and this is what I got in a grande cup. Absolute ripoff. I thought there was a lawsuit about Starbucks not giving full cups.

I like this Starbucks because they have a lot of tables to seat and they have outlet plugs to charge my cellphone while I take a coffee.
I just hat3 that nowadays must of restaurants don't install outlet plugs, but this one does 👌

Tldr: 5 stars for weekend and 2 stars on weekdays. They made the drink wrong twice, 2nd being worse and gave me a weird reason for not filling a venti size cup.

I've been to this location multiple times with no issues and a beautifully blended drink in my own cup that stays blended for a while. Went to redeem birthday reward, asked for a Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso (menu item) with it blended (customization) using my usual cup.

Today, they forgot to blend, which I should have kept as they had to redo due to sanitation (my fault). The second drink came out and it was barely 3/4 full and was separating. The employee told me that it's not a venti size because it's an expresso drink so it's only a little bit (but the shaken version is venti size)

I tried my drink on the road and they had forgotten the brown sugar. It was a blended iced espresso which is much too bitter for me. Disappointed to start my day like this as I get excited for the Starbucks birthday gift . I suggest only going on the weekends to this location as I've never had any issues.

Today, I experienced the worst service ever. The cashier was ok but the woman who made my coffee gave me the coffee without lid. looked mad at something. She added tap water in my coffee and the taste sucks!!! I even paid my tips! will never visit again. good-bye!

Slowest Starbucks ever. They make great coffees, but they take forever to do anything here. Even when it isn’t busy in the slightest. My average wait time for a normal day has been 12-18 minutes, kinda ridiculous.

Honestly. Whoever worked the evening shift is not a great person. (The day shift people are amazing people though, they are all sweathearts and hard workers.)Literally had to argue with the person at the evening shift there who I don’t think was a manager or supervisor. Honestly not so happy about the situation that happened that shouldn’t have happened. It’s annoying as hell.

Have you ever encountered such a situation?I've always liked their lemon loaf,In the past, they all unpacked and put them in paper bags, but today I got them in plastic bags. I accidentally noticed that the production date turned out to be August 28, 2023. The thrill in my heart makes me feel that I have been eating, and I feel terrible. I will never eat again.It's terrible. . . .

Sitting inside, blasted with hard background music, I and my cup of coffee literally got attacked by at least 3 flies that suddenly appeared. Does anyone responsible for hygiene at all in this shop?

Another terrible starbucks and of course run by mostly Asians, typical! They suck at running starbucks locations, dirty filthy all the time. And now close early when ever they feel like it. Maybe starbucks should only hire white canadian born managers who know how to run a location and keep it to standards .

They’ll give u a grande latte with it being 2 inches below lid
