Nothing wrong with the products and service inside. Too many smokers outside of the door and almost like a poisonous zone, regularly blocking the sidewalk area. Extremely unpleasant even just walking by.
Kid-friendliness: Not here. Be ware of huge amount of secondhand smoke.

Google shows that it open at 5:30am. We have an early scheduled start. we went to the store at 5:29am. And we wait for the store open, but the store assistant saw us waiting for it, but they aren’t open the store until 5:40am. And they known that we’re waiting for it and they still super slow to prepare everything. They even came to the door and opened the shutters, but they didn’t open the door for us, nor did they tell us that we couldn’t open the door yet and that we could go somewhere else.

BAD EXPERIENCE!! Suspect barista purposely not adding whipped cream (which is included in my drink) because I didn’t tip for my take out!! The cup was 7/10 full leaving space for whipped cream, which was missing.

This location should not be doing mobile orders if they can't keep up with line-ups in the store. The employee's get overwhelmed and don't follow instructions on the labels. I feel bad for them, to be honest. This has happened a few times coming here. 15+ minutes isn't okay..I think this place needs bigger space. Improvements are needed for sure.
