Don’t really care for sour attitude when I’m supposed to be a paying customer and I only corrected you nicely… Do you wanna show me attitude… highly doubtful that I will ever be coming back to this location … I would honestly drive to any other Starbucks because I don’t deal with that kind of poor behaviour and bad customer service

Had to use the restroom to wash hands and asked code from the employee and she rudely said you need to buy something before i can use the restroom. I said i will buy. She gave me the code and i washed my hands and placed the order with another employee. There is a way to talk. Give respect and take respect. There was no need to be rude. She should have spoken nicely or politely. I go to starbucks to pay premium price and expect quality service. First time in my life i was rudely spoken by a starbucks employee

I've been visiting this Starbucks branch for the past 3+ years, and I've never once had any real issue with their drinks or service. I really think the people working here do what they can in such a busy environment, and I appreciate them a lot for that, especially in comparison to other Starbucks branches where I received questionable service.

Often, groups of Asian elderly can be seen sitting around the tables and talking, as others stand in the queue or wait at the side for their order. Depending on when you go, it can be a little loud and busy, but the baristas here truly do their best to meet everyone's needs! As for the space itself, it's a little on the smaller side, but it can be quite cozy and nice. Seating is offered, with some options being a large rectangular table for bigger groups, and stools at high tables close to the windows. Interior is usually pretty clean and well looked-after.

Drinks are made well, and whenever I order a brownie or little treat, those are fine too. Truly, no complaints 😊

Sadly, I have witnessed an instance where one customer was incredibly rude, aggressive, and argumentative with the employees here, making threats and even shoving the pitchers of cream down to the floor when he stormed out. It was disgusting to see how a grown man could treat working individuals like that, and I hope if any of the employees see this review, they don't feel at fault for his behaviour. To people who behave like that, seriously, get over yourself! At the end of the day, it's a coffee, and if you really have that much of an issue, just don't come back. Move on with your life and stop taking out your anger on employees who hardly have any say in how the company runs, it's that simple!

Thanks to the lovely baristas who provide quick, efficient, and friendly service. I'll continue to visit this Starbucks branch!

I know what exceptional leadership and customers services looks like and I would like to say Archie (Store Manager) is nailing it! Great work to this location! They know what they're doing! It's a very busy location, but they keep up with the demand in all areas! Well done and good for you for holding that amazing standard in your store! I will be back soon.

Very disappointed with the changes you've made with the matcha powder in early 2025. It now tastes low quality matcha compared to before. I don't see myself returning as often anymore.

I asked for a glass of tap water. They said I had to purchase something and pointed at the bakery goods.
They were at minimum $3.50-$4
So I have to pay $3-4 just to get water now? Why don’t I just buy a soda elsewhere for half the price!
Didn’t know tap water isn’t free. I just went to the McDonald’s instead.

I have been to many Starbucks locations, but this one is by far the most disappointing. The drinks tasted awful, the service was rude, and even though I bought a coffee, they refused to let me use the washroom. To make it worse, there was an older Asian man behind the service counter without a uniform, who rolled his eyes at me when I spoke to him. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly recommend that Starbucks head office review and fix this location.

They do coffee. Simple. Yet they got my order wrong. I ordered and paid for a vanilla flavored coffee and they didn't add any. When leaving, there was no where to put my sandwich wrapper or finished coffee cup as the garbage and recycling bins were full and overflowing. Unacceptable.

The “ manager” has an attitude problem. I noticed the washroom was locked and asked with a smile if I can use it before I make a purchase and her response was rude cold and snarky. She looked me up and down, and said “ you need to pay first”. There is no reason to degrade a customer for the way they dress or look. I had planned to use the washroom, and sit and enjoy my coffee while I waited for my phone to get fixed. I didn’t want to be in the washroom and my name be called multiple times and my drink be touched by some strangers. I completely understand people misuse the washroom and a new policy is set in place and it should only be for customers. But the way this is being executed is not the way. I’ve worked in HR and customer service. She needs to be reassessed as she is literally the face of this Starbucks location. She looks like she hates her life. Keep it up and you will keep losing customers.
Oh and the cherry on top my favourite drink tasted like literal water. I threw it out.

Staff refused to let me use the washroom before making purchase, even though I told her I’ll be ordering after as I didn’t want to bring my drink into the washroom; it’s unsanitary. I guess it’s about corporate profit before serving people. I ended up going across to McDonald’s and definitely enjoyed my iced coffee way better with their service.
