First time at this location and they made my customized drink really well. It’s always a bit of a gamble ordering something customized, but they got it just perfect. Everything was balanced and it tasted super smooth!

This Starbucks is truly a hidden gem! It’s tucked away in Safeway Marpole - easy parking underground at Safeway. The staff are super friendly and they have a great assortment of snacks and drinks, with a friendly ambiance that is truly Marpole! Keep up the awesome work guys!

I came to this Starbucks to order my usual customized drink: Iced Doppio Espresso in a Venti Cup – extra matcha cold foam, light ice, extra heavy cream (¾), and extra coconut milk (¾).
Unfortunately, the baristas here didn’t seem to know how to make it and ended up completely misunderstanding the order. On top of that, they overcharged me for the drink. I’ve ordered this exact same thing at many other Starbucks locations without any issues, but this one just couldn’t get it right.
Very disappointing experience — definitely needs better training on custom orders and more consistent pricing. Look at the one the made on the right photo!

Discontinued a significant number of products. No longer have the option to be a customer of any Starbucks. So ridiculous as is get it multiple times a week from various locations. Good job Starbucks, gonna lose a LOT of business now.

Bad customer service, avoiding eye contact, rude and disrespectful. Barista was extremely rude, extremely unprofessional, extremely disrespectful, and racist in a cowardly and veiled manner. She avoided communicating with me during the ordering process. I did all the ordering and payment procedures myself without any communication from her. She was standing behind the screen and imitating my actions in a sarcastic and very rude manner, avoiding eye contact, and being extremely rude. This is absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional, and extremely racist in a cowardly, veiled, and strange manner. While with other customers, she behaved normally and professionally, which is discrimination against me (veiled and cowardly racism). This is absolutely unacceptable and I strongly reject it. As a customer, I have the right to be treated with respect, good treatment, and equality without any form of racism or abuse.
